Pros:

Es lo que se espera de un hotel de esta categoría: buenas camas, amplia habitación, dos ascensores y buen desayuno.
Suficiente personal y bien preparado.
Tiene aparcamiento propio gratuito.
Un hotel a tener en cuenta en una visita a Florencia. Repetiría sin dudar

Cons:

Nada como hotel. Quizá alejado del centro sí no se tiene coche pero eso ya se sabe al contratar la estancia.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was modern, very clean, and spacious, which made it extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. The breakfast was delicious and served in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Struttura pulita e accogliente, le stanze sono curate ma non grandi, comodo il letto e i cuscini, bellissima e funzionale la cabina doccia. La colazione, sia dolce che salata, è varia, abbondante e di qualità, ma mancano i prodotti della tradizione locale. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, ma un po' distante dal centro di Firenze. Il personale è professionale, gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio è comodo ed incluso nel prezzo, nella struttura è presente la SPA

Consigliato, ritorneremo sicuramente!
Pros:

La posizione (10 minuti di pullman per raggiungere il forum Nelson Mandela), la pulizia della stanza, la colazione eccezionale (un punto in più per il buonissimo cappuccino senza lattosio) e la gentilezza dello staff.

Pros:

O que mais gostei foi que foi possível ficar minha família em um quarto conjugado. Ficamos em dois quartos que viraram um só. Foi essencial, porque meus três filhos são crianças. Somos uma família de 5 pessoas e ficamos muito confortavelmente acomodados e juntos. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Comida gostosa. Acomodação grande, muito bonita, extremamente limpa e confortável.

Cons:

Não dá para ir para o centro a pé. Para quem está de carro, eles tem estacionamento gratuito. Mas para nós que não estávamos com carro, a localização pesou no orçamento, pois tínhamos que chamar Uber. Na próxima vou me hospedar de novo nesse hotel maravilhoso e alugar carro.
