Tres bel hotel. Les photos sont fideles a la realite.

Cons:

Le restaurant de l hotel n est pas terrible. Je le deconseille et je vous invite a aller langer dans des petites tratorrias bien meilleures et pour un prix convenable.

nous sommes arriver a l hotel et ils nous ont dit que nous avions un upgrade ,aussitôt arrive a la chambre était chaude , je me suis plaint a la reception et il m on dit qu il s en occuperai

immediatement , la temperature de la chambre dont le thermostat était a 26,9 c degré ,par consequent nous sommes aller a la piscine après 3 heures de piscine nous sommes retourner a la chambre et le thermosthat était le meme nous sommes retourne a la reception pour dire la meme chose et ils nous ont dit qu il s en occupera de notre plainte.

Nous sommes parti de l hotel pour aller souper a l extérieur quelque 2.30 heures après notre souper nous sommes retourné a notre chambre hélas la temperature était le meme ,nous avons passer une nuit mouvementer en ne dormant que quelques heures et vers les 730 am nous sommes aller au buffet ainsi qu a la piscine nous sommes revenu pour check out a 10.40 et j ai photographie le dit thermostat dont c était 24.9 c

j ai vu que notre chambre étant du cote ensoleillé toute la journée ,ce qui cause ce problème au lieu de nous donner

un UP GRADE ,si simple soit une chambre pas de problème de chaleur . c est DOMMAGE....

Schönes Hotel, sehr fleißiges Personal, leider sind Hunde mit beim Frühstück.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung, reichhaltiges Frühstück, kein Stau an der Kaffeemaschine.

Cons:

Es verwundert, dass Hunde im Hotel erlaubt sind. Dass diese dann beim Frühstück mit am Tisch sitzen dürfen, das empfinde ich als nicht akzeptabel!

Great summer weekend stay
Pros:

Very clean , modern and calm property. Very well equipped rooms, good cleaning and the cherry on top of course is the pool , especially during the summer heat. Breakfast was also very good and tasty. A very friendly staff. Thank you!

Cons:

Property can’t actually do nothing about this, but as we arrived by plane and used mostly public transport to get to the city center, it seemed to be a little bit far away from the main attractions and you can’t trust the bus timetable as they are usually late or not coming at all..
The sunbeds by the pool were occupied in the morning and many people didn’t even show up during 2-3 hours, the staff was not controlling it, so if you arrive in the afternoon , most probably it will be impossible to find a free spot.

Pros:

Per il secondo anno di seguito abbiamo deciso di ritornare a villa neroli perché sin dal primo istante ci siamo trovati molto bene e sopratutto avere la possibilità di avere con sé in ogni angolo della struttura il proprio cane è da 100 e lode sopratutto per chi viaggia con il proprio animale domestico. Staff cordiale e camere davvero comode, ottima la pulizia !!

Excellent Florence and surrounds base
Pros:

Outside ZTL but easy bus access to city. Food, wine list, pool, staff all excellent and free parking close to autostrada.
