good
it could have been cheaper
Close to the convention center. The worst hotel experience and this was a huge event. I was on a college honors society trip, and they were expecting us to figure out accommodations for their overbooking. We were told less then 24 hours before the flight that they could only book one very small full sized double bedroom. The water was not cold, the breakfast was toast and juice boxes, and the hotel was under construction. It was very old and outdated. Narrow hallways and sketchy elevators.
The location is good
The 3day towel policy
Location
maintenance of the property, no hot water for the 2 day, have to ask for a maintenance service
Phone disconnected , wire broken
Lamps not functioning
one small soap for the room
The only thing I had of the breakfast was the orange juice.
Didn't have hot water Sunday so couldn't shower that morning.
The hotel is in a super great location. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Our bathroom tub was clogged but other than that everything was good.
The breakfast was OK however I don’t drink dairy. I would’ve preferred if there was oat milk or almond milk available. I would have liked more options for breakfast like eggs, bacon sausage, similar to what the Marriott has. If you can provide that in the future, that would be great. In addition to coffee. The coffee was good though.
I needed to wash some clothing so I had to run out and try to get coins, which were not in the hotel to put into the laundry machine. I went to 7-Eleven and they gave me about two dollars worth of coins and that was after their ATM machine wasn’t even working. I figured I needed more coins so I wound up walking to the hospital to use their ATM and get coins and go to their bank. When I went to the laundry room, it was about as big as a closet, and there was one washing machine and one dryer for the whole hotel, which was not what I was expecting. The room was dirty with people’s left over wet clothes in the dryer that I had to remove. I washed my clothes when I tried to dry my clothes. My clothes were still damp and the door to the dryer kept opening. I’m happy that they had a washing machine and a laundromat there a lot of hotels do not have that but at the same time, please make sure that it is functioning and that the laundry room is clean.
Wasn't able to open the safe, seems like someone else had locked it and left their belongings. Didn't have hot water after 11:30 pm. Bottom of the door in the bathroom was chipped, air conditioner set to 65 and it was still about 75 in the room. Never used the TV. Bathroom didn't have a sink, it was located in the actual room. Kind of noisy, could hear everyone in the hallway walking by and talking.
Convenient for the conference center.
I was there for a conference and two mornings there was no hot water. There was also a cockroach running around the sink and a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The bed also felt like it had a plastic mattress protector on it.
Good location for to stay at for a concert. Bed were comfortable. Clean facilities
I have been staying at Hotels all over and this is the worst Hotel I have stayed at in 50 years.
I had a problem right from the start. I am a coin dealer attending the Baltimore coin show. I was not given the group rate. Paula from the Baltimore Housing Authority tried reaching management for many days to add me to the list but no calls were returned. I was charged full rate. I complained every day as there was no phone available in my room and I had no other phone. As far as the Breakfast from 6-10 AM, there was no coffee at 6:30 and only some white bread available. On my last night I spoke with Jule, the assistant GM about the phone and the group rate. She said she would adjust my bill but only made a small adjustment on one night. I made the reservation with a credit card and upon checking out I tried to pay with my business card but was told it was policy to use the card on file. I stay at Hotels all the time and am always able to pay at checkout with any card I want or even cash. Upon check in, I was told the room would be cleaned on the third day, but that did not happen There was only one small trash can in the room and the trash was accumulating. I can understand why two guests were checking out only a few hours after checking in as there was a mouse in their rooms.
