Regular, because with did not have water services
Pros:

Location: really good Room: bad pillows Parking: not to bad

Cons:

The building had a very large damage in the pipes, which is why we did not have water service. This was a big problem, and the hotel did not give to the guest and effective temporary solution.

Day inn is the best place to stay whenever you feel like checking out of NewYork for the weekend.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. I love the location is not far from the convention center where my programe took place.

Cons:

The time of the night that I woke up and do not have access to water was disturbing. I dont like the period although the water was made available after about 6hours long shut.

The bed was comfortable, the Staff were really nice.

Cons:

NO HOT BREAKFAST, Theres no FREE water, There’s was a mouse in my room which led to me getting switched to another room. Because of that I was charged DOUBLE for accidentals, which I feel like was unfair. Housekeeping walked into my room without giving me a chance to even get to my room door and she barely spoke any English, BOTH Rooms my shower and tub was dirty.

The breakfast was not good, very limited options, no spreads for the bread options available.
Hotel is not well staffed seems the front desk person's have too much to manage to just attend to front desk. Impossible to contact via phone.

Location was convenient to convention center

Cons:

Charged to park. No luggage Dollie’s for assistance with lugging bags from the car to the hotel. 5th floor smelled like pot the entire time. Remote for TV was broken and missing a battery. Pictures advertised more than what was offered. Given 2 key cards but only one was activated. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

Room smells dirty, got a handicap room when we requested queen bed with bath tub. Paint in bathroom walls was chipped and peeling, bench in handicap shower was falling off the wall, mini fridge did not work and knob was broken

Cons:

There were bare essentials at this hotel. The pool was closed even though it was one of the hottest time of the month, the TV barely got the reception, breakfast they serve wasn’t appetizing. They had the bare essentials at this hotel.
