Parking fee is costly, complimentary breakfast has 3 different options eggs with bacon or ham or sausage, French toast with bacon or ham or sausage and pancakes with bacon, ham or sausage, for breakfast add on is also costly no variety of breakfast menu, isn't worth the money.
The pub inside
The indoor pool was cold. The rooms are old and dirty.
I loved all the amenities that were available. The kids loved the play structure and the pool and hot tub was great. We loved the arcade.
Its location is close to a lot of stores and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the courtyard and the noise level was pretty intense. The pool area is open until 10am so you could hear screaming in the room until late at night.
The pool’s temperature could be a little warmer! 🥶
Clean and good layout
The hotel was great for kids. They had so much fun! We liked how the pool, playgym and arcade are in the centre of the hotel making it accessible .
The pool area was fantastic! The foliage made it very tropical on a snowy day. Even the lounge area by the pool was so relaxing. Restaurant attached was delicious.
Pool area!!

Over charging on parking
Very little to like about this property
It was dirty, I didn't realize how run down the area around the hotel was. I mean it's not the hotel's fault and I understand the affordability crisis we have right now, but there were lots of homeless people just sleeping around the outside of the hotel.
And they charge you $20 for parking even though the parking lot is shared with a pizza hut, McDonald's and a grocery store.
They charge a $9 per night Niagara fee, that you have to ask to be removed ( despite what the clerk says, it is not a municipal tax, that is a separate $5 charge)
Room was not as pictured, kids play area was very dirty. Same garbage that was there on our first day was still there when we checked out 2 days later.
Really awful property with misleading pictures. The room we bought was not the room I thought I had signed up for.
Piscine, chambre spacieuse, stationnement
Les draps sentent trop l’eau de javel
We never had breakfast there. Not offered.
Stay was good and family friendly for the most part.
No complimentary breakfast and having to pay parking.
Big space for the family!
Breakfast should have been like a buffet.
La piscine pour les enfants et le spa pour les adultes même s’il y en avait un de fermer sur deux!
Enlevée la musique et le son d’oiseaux le soir comme last call!
Staff were nice. The rooms were small but clean. Washrooms reminiscent of a cruse ship. The breakfast vouchers were soo worth it! The breakfast was huge and amazing for the family. Our room was cold, they had someone bring a heater and it worked amazing. Decent place for a temporary stay 2 days max.
Overpriced, period. The location is giving dirty Detroit…The people around the area and the large rats seen…questionable & eww. You would need a car, wouldn’t really recommend walking. Parking costs, not included and spaces are often limited. The pool is nice but always occupied and there’s constantly people making loud noise near the couches in the lounge area. The arcade is small and costs. Our room was locked initially even with the key, we had to wait a while for someone to open the door…and we checked in several hours later. Would I go back? …Not really
The room was clean, comfy. The atmosphere of the hotel was nice, breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the arcade.
We were hoping the pool would be warmer and the hot tub too. Also one hot tub was closed and it was a busy long weekend.
Did not have breakfast
