Pros:

La piscina y jacuzzis, el Arcade, los juegos fueron un extra muy bueno porque iba con un niño, muy recomendado. El desayuno y la atención en de todo el staff del hotel fue excelente.

Great amenities for families, but the hotel and area are showing age...
Pros:

On the positive side, the amenities here are super cool, especially if you have kids. The indoor courtyard area is fantastic—the pool, playground, and arcade kept everyone entertained for hours. If you are looking for a place where the kids can burn off energy, this is a major plus. The location is right in the downtown area, which is very convenient for quick food and errands. You are within easy walking distance to a McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, pizza spots, and convenience stores.

Cons:

However, there are a few cons. The hotel itself is starting to show its age, and it definitely needs some cosmetic touch-ups and modernization in places. Additionally, because of the downtown location, we noticed a lot of vulnerable populations and individuals wandering around the property both day and night. While we didn't have any direct issues, it is something to be aware of if you are traveling with family.

La piscina interior es ideal para los niños.

Cons:

El Wifi es malísimo, por no decir inexistente. En recepción nos dijeron que podría ser debido al número de personas conectadas, cosa que entonces sucedería en todos los hoteles, cuando eso no es así. Deberían arreglarlo, pues si vienes de otro país y encima no puedes conectar a wifi en el hotel, es un problema serio.

Nos tocó una habitación en la planta dos y no hay ascensores, así que las maletas hay que subirlas a pulso.

Great stay!
Pros:

Smaller hotel away from the busiest attractions. We had a view of the inside pool area. Clean and friendly hotel staff.

Cons:

The only thing l can think of were the skylights in the pool area. They all need to be replaced as they are all covered over with plastic due to leaks.

Séjour très sympa avec piscine au top, parfait pour une nuit !
Pros:

Excellent séjour, même pour une seule nuit ! La chambre était très bien et le personnel vraiment adorable. Mention spéciale pour l'espace piscine et jacuzzi qui est au top, avec le prêt de serviettes très appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner servi à l'assiette était également très bon.

הצוות שירותי מאוד, ארוחת בוקר טובה במסעדה במלון בהגשה. החדר השני (החלפנו חדר תוך כדי שהות) היה נקי, נוח ומרווח מספיק. מה שהפריע רק זה שלא ניתן לפתוח חלון, אפילו קצת. אבל בבעיה הזו נתקלנו בהרבה בתי מלון בארה"ב

Cons:

חדר שהזמנו היה בקרבת בריכת המלון והיה בו רוח חזק מאוד של כלור כנראה. ביקשנו להחליף חדר וצוות נענה במהירות וסיפק לנו חדר אחר בבניין הראשי שהיה טוב.
חניה בתשלום.
מרחק מהמפלים לא רחוק אבל לא מרחק הליכה.

not the best hotel to stay in, the best part was been out of it.
Pros:

There was nothing that I really liked, but the fact that it had a laundry room was good, so we could wash our clothes, however we had to pay for it.

Cons:

The room was mediocre, the AC made too much noise and didn't cool the room properly, the curtains didn't close all the way and it was on the first floor so we could beseen from outside, and it was too expensive for what they offered. the room was too far from the lobby, it was not a good option. having to pay for the laundry was awful it really was a bad hotel to stay in.
