Loved my stay, just wish it was longer!
Pros:

Loved the pool area with couches, mini put etc.

Cons:

We were on second floor with stair access only. Next time I will request first floor but in same area.

Away from the hustle and bustle, but so worth it!
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful hotel, reasonably priced. Rooms are nice, beds are exceptional, very comfortable. We have been coming here for years and the hotel never disappoints. Very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect if you don't want to be right downtown in the Falls area and pay heaving parking fees and elevated room rates. The pool area is lovely. Great for families wishing to have a room at poolside with amenities for children (arcade/play area) but also offers rooms away from the pool providing quiet relaxation. Fireplace rooms in the tower are beautiful. Restaurant/lounge area is a bonus - nice atmosphere. Great for the golf enthusiast (virtual golf in the lounge, multiple TV's). They also offer various packages for couples or family experiences. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

What is good for business for customer expectations, for me as a customer isn't that great
Pros:

Pool and playground for my child

Cons:

Parking fee is costly, complimentary breakfast has 3 different options eggs with bacon or ham or sausage, French toast with bacon or ham or sausage and pancakes with bacon, ham or sausage, for breakfast add on is also costly no variety of breakfast menu, isn't worth the money.

We will be back!
Pros:

We just spent a night for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and could not recommend this hotel for people with young kids enough.
Its clean and the tropical courtyard feels like you are at a resort and you can relax while the kids play.
Before our stay we told the hotel it was our daughter’s birthday and upon check in there were balloons and a gift card to the arcade in our room. So sweet! Thank you so much for making her feel special.
We will definitely be returning.
