Mediocre at best. I won’t go back.
Pros:

The front desk and valet staff were excellent.
The bedding and pillows were nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The floors and bathroom were dirty.
the edges were especially bad. The whole room needed a deep clean and thorough dusting.
There’s no bathroom fan and the door to it is just slides so people sharing a room can hear and smell everything that happens in there.

Pros:

Close proximity to restaurants and shopping

Cons:

No hot water in room. Also the room could have been cleaner. There was a ton of dust.

Cons:

It was too expensive for the quality. cheap fixtures, very generic nondescript hotel. Should be in the $200 range, I paid $315

To many hidden fees
Pros:

Nice hotel, clean rooms the staff was super nice and the bar was cool

Cons:

Lack of transparency with fees. The pet, parking, and early check in were not listed on booking or the hotel site. Pet fee was $100, parking was $40 and I paid $30 cause I got there an hour early

Cons:

Did not like the line to check in was out the front door. And the line to the elevator was also out the door. Bed was not comfortable.

When we arrived at our room around 4:30 p.m. after check-in opened at 4:00 p.m., we were shocked by how filthy it was. The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The floors had obviously not been vacuumed or mopped and were so sticky that I kept my shoes on the entire time because I didn’t want to walk on them barefoot.

There were chunks of hair, dust, and dirt all over the floor. There was a substance smeared on the nightstand and headboard, splatters on the walls, and the bathroom door’s window looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Several electrical outlets didn’t work, and multiple light bulbs needed to be replaced. On top of that, the room was hot, and we couldn’t turn the air conditioning down, making it even more uncomfortable.

I reported everything to the front desk, and they offered to clean the room. Unfortunately, we had dinner reservations and tickets to a concert, so we didn’t have time to wait. After seeing the condition of the room, we also weren’t comfortable having anyone in our room while we were gone.

What was even more disappointing was that despite the condition of the room, we were not offered a refund or even a discount for the inconvenience. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service is completely unacceptable.

This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else.
