Pros:

Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like the parking situation. You had to pay 30 bucks to park your car in a lot behind the hotel. When I went to leave, I was unable to get out. I had to go to both of the gates to get out only for them to tell me to use another card because they one I used wouldn't work.

Cozy, clean, excellent
Pros:

Beds were comfy, bathroom and room were nicely decorated and up to date, the staff was very friendly, and I absolutely loved the amazing smell in the lobby! I need it in my house

It was overall just okay.
Pros:

I liked the location. There’s a lot of walkable places in the area.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the hotel doesn’t accommodate your parking. You’re forced to pay $40 a day for Valet or walk across the street to the parking lot and pay $35. The Valet staff didn’t tell me it was a charge to park across the street, they made it seem as if it was free.
The rooms are very small as well.

Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Good location. Staff was very courteous. Front desk manager James took good care of me, based on the concerns I shared.

Cons:

Broken lamp in our room. Big crack in bathroom shower and shower wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Room and bathroom were small.

Lobby furniture had lots of stains.

Great location, great people,
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect. I was able to walk around explore. There is plenty of options for shopping, eating, exploring.

Cons:

The hotel is a little older, not a complaint. Just an observation.

Would have been a 5/5 till my experience with your bell boys.
Pros:

Room was exceptional, and front desk staff where excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Staff in the restaurant was execellent.

Cons:

The six guys, bell boys, at the front, didn't help me at all, with my two suitecases and my suitbags while my husband went to get the car. I had to get through the door on my own and get everything in the sidewalk, they didn't even move. They where all busy chatting, it was rude. the only rude experience of the time spent.

Went to see Jeff Dunham at the Fox Theater
Pros:

It was close to downtown and easy to walk to where we needed to go.

Clean, comfortable and convenient 👍
Pros:

This was our third stay at The Indigo, we return because the employees are exceptional and the hotel is maintained well. The location is great too!

Cons:

The mattress was a bit too soft in spots, probably time to replace or flip that one
