My overall stay was very good, especially with breakfast included with the stay. However, the hotel has an undisclosed pork restriction, which limited the food options to mostly chicken. The hotel also did not have any washcloths, so my family and to find a store to purchase our own

I enjoyed the breakfast option available to guests; the room was clean and comfortable. Internet access was available and consistent. Having private transportation would make it easier to access local amenities. The "satellite" tv was a challenge to watch.

My stay at Jamaica Palace Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff made sure I felt welcomed and informed about everything the hotel had to offer.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud! I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, plush towels, and the amazing view from my window.

The amenities were top-notch: the pool area was clean and relaxing, the on-site restaurant served delicious food with great variety, and the breakfast buffet was generous and fresh each morning. I also loved the convenient location — close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

But what really made my stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

I would highly recommend Jamaica Palace to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I can’t wait to return!

The sheets and towels look worn and yellowing. Could used some updating. The rooms across from our rooms were undergoing refurbishing so the outside was a bit unkempt.

Beautiful property, the gardens surrounding the property are immaculate. This is a classic old hotel with art work in abundance everywhere, classic period furnishings are priceless. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was sumptuous. We had dinner there twice and the food was delicious. You should visit to see the art of the great Ken Abondano Spencer in a part of Jamaica brimming with natural beauty.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, breakfast was good! The artwork is amazing, the entire place is like an art gallery, gorgeous! The pool is pretty big and fun to swim in. I had such a good stay and looking forward to returning.
