All package, and no choice. only 2 flavored creamers for coffee. Not worth advertising as breakfast.
Coffee was fresh, muffins and breakfast bars were good and a quick simple choice.
Staff was friendly.
No staircase in the middle of lobby, only on the ends of building, elevator was slow.
The beds are comfortable
Breakfast was very limited
Has kitchen. But did not use it.
The room was so smelly that even though the windows were opened, it did not go away. The odor was bad that it stayed on our clothes. The carpet was dirty and even the pets’ hairs are visible. Rooms used with pets should not be offered to the non-pet guests. Or at least be informed of it first. As was other hotels do. Just my suggestion.
Location and cleanliness.
Nothing
Location was great. Walking distance from fred meyers. 7mins from the soccer field where we mainly needed to be. Good air conditioner.
Uncomfortable squeaky beds. Poor floor/ceiling sound barrier. Small shower curtain making a mess every time you showered. Beard hair found in sink. Old outdated appliances. Dirty window seals.
Easily accessible to the room. Close to Fred’s
The beds were super springy, I don’t know if they offer disability rooms for elderly, my mom is like 80 and she was not pleased with the bed. There was a putrid smell in middle of the night like poop somewhere.
I'd rate this one as poor to terrible. Especially at the price. Kitchenette and room were ok, but lots of wear. Maybe a notch below 'road crew quality'! Breakfast was pitiful. However, shuttle driver and desk attendant were both polite, helpfu and nice.
Comfortable bed, adequate space, appreciated the secure building.
Outdated. Cheapest toilet paper, Kleenex, and garbage bags I’ve ever seen. Stayed 10 nights, room never cleaned. Vending machine on second floor practically empty. No drain plugs in sinks or tub. Simply an outdated facility.
Good front desk staff
They were yelling at some teenagers when I arrived. Apparently they were staying there but didn’t have a key but the staff didn’t believe them until they called the parent to bring the key. I have a feeling it was just cause they were black kids.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Nothing
Did not like the racist general manager.
Could not enter the front entrance without getting buzzed in. RED FLAG!
General manager checked us in. He ‘Robert’
Demanded both my wife and my identification. Understandable. My wife and I handed over our identification cards and also my credit card. While he was typing away at the keyboard.. I asked him why he was continuing to hold my credit card. Red flag! He stated that he needed to verify the credit card. I’ve checked in to various hotels. All the other hotels never held my credit card as long as this guy did.
He finally verified my credit card. Before verification though.. he got upset that I questioned him. I said everything was okay.
He checked us in and we went up to our room. We left the hotel to visit my mother. Upon returning to the hotel room was uneventful. While in the hotel room we tried to get the tv working. It didn’t work. I went down to the front desk and asked how to work the remote. General manager showed me how to do it. I tried to do it per the instructions given but it still didn’t work. My wife went down to the lobby to get hot water and mentioned that the TV’s not working. Five After my wife came back to the room someone knocked on our hotel room door. I asked who’s there. A man answered the hotel manager. I said through the door that it’s okay we didn’t need anything. My wife and I didn’t want any drama. He kept knocking. He wouldn’t stop. I opened the door door and said we’re good! He wouldn’t let me close the door. He said he smells something. He said he smelled something that smells like pot or something. I said we don’t smoke pot. He said he doesn’t believe us. He then said he needs us to step out of the room so he can search the room. My wife said she needed to get dressed first. He didn’t except that. He said we needed to step outside the room and close the door while he searched our room. I said ok but we’ll hold the door open while you search. He no!
Location was good. Staff was great. Hotel overall was good.
Stay was good. The GM night time was very curtious and polite. Help with any questions.
My brother-in-law was getting no me a night because if sever displacement issues with my apartment. When I got to the elevator and to the second floor the receptionist was waiting for me behind the corner. Said my brother was trying to sneak me in (he wasn’t even staying there, it was just me) and it was against company policy. Kicked me and my little Maltese-shihtzu out at 11 o’clock at night told me that the room won’t be refunded and that he will have my brother arrested if he stepped foot onto the property ever again. My birthday is in less than an hour and I’m sitting on the side of the road trying to think of what I can do to get someplace warm.
Don’t stay here. The receptionist who I can only imagine is the Robert that everyone is talking about is a complete jerk and more unsavory words I won’t say on here.
