Located in Sofia’s center, Hilton Sofia is next to the South Park and opposite the National Palace of Culture. Next to the hotel is the European Union metro station, which takes guests to Airport in 25 minutes. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas, and a free connectivity station with Apple and PC computers and printer is provided in the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Sofia and left genuinely impressed. The rooms are specious, cozy, stylish and comfortable. The spa was excellent, especially the staff. The service and the people really stood out, very attentive, professional, and consistently kind throughout our stay.

We really appreciated the way management handled a small issue on their side. They addressed it immediately, made thoughtful alternative arrangements, and went far beyond what we expected to ensure we felt valued and taken care of. That level of care and accountability says a lot about how the hotel is run. I loved our stay there!

With well appointed larger rooms, comfy pillows/bedding/pillows, strong shower, spotless, lots of phone charging stations, light-filled and airy spaces, constant wifi, one cannot help but appreciate the lap of comfort, service commitment, and contentment this gleaming stylish residence offers.

Mission first and people always, the superstar Associates make a solid property glimmer and shine. The polish? The positive energy the team exhibits from the moment of first contact- the first moment for me was over the phone. Make no mistake, because of the high service standard found throughout the hotel, the property operates like a little city within a city. Travelers like staying, meeting and hanging out here. It’s the amazing collection of quality staff, aka highly trained, professional, skilled, and articulate teammates, that sets this hotel apart from others in this bustling city.
Even with it’s popularity, when i called inquiring about my reservation, Front Desk Associate David, patiently and efficiently answered my questions, so when he greeted me upon arrival, i knew exactly what to expect during my stay. During my stay, the Associates called me by my name, remembering my room number, and kept me well fed and hydrated.

The ample, spacious and well equipped Executive Lounge is a perfect safe haven after working, traveling or playing. The spa services and gym are small but mighty - after two massages over consecutive days, i am ready to again take on the road.

A special shoutout to Kamilela in the breakfast room, Maintenance and Housekeeping Teams.

Amazing staff, very polite and cooperative people, responded to everything we asked and did it quickly. It makes everything else OK. Good equipped gym.

Cons:

Small room, no working place. It depends to what you would compare, in Nordics will be spacious, but for Sofia compared to rest of 5* hotels not. Breakfast was good, somehow very USA improved continental breakfast. Nothing missing, but for example in other 5* there are ready type of salads, here you got the ingredients, so if you want - prepare the salad by yourself. If the hotel is full, the breakfast restaurant might be small. Small things, not sure if it matters.

Беше чисто, класика, държат на нивото.
Доволни сме от масажа.

Cons:

Не ми хареса това, че не бяха особено подготвени, имаха грешки в изготвянето на фактури и се налагаше да чакам, нямаше хавлии за всички гости, съответно и халати и чехли, както и балсама за коса беше празен, но като цяло бързо се компенсираха при позвъняване.
