Located in Sofia’s center, Hilton Sofia is next to the South Park and opposite the National Palace of Culture. Next to the hotel is the European Union metro station, which takes guests to Airport in 25 minutes. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas, and a free connectivity station with Apple and PC computers and printer is provided in the lobby.

Very bad . Only cheating & fraud
Pros:

They have charged me extra money . I stayed we.f 06.08.2026 till 09.08.2026 instead of 10.08.2026.they promised me that one day refund will be send back to my account but now they are not refunding one day stay. Moreover they are sending an extra charge of 160 Euros for booking the hote. They are looting & cheating customers for nothing . Kindly instruct them to refund the money or black list them

I stayed at Hilton Sofia for a short business trip and it was exactly what I needed
Pros:

Check-in was efficient, the room was very clean, and the workspace was genuinely practical for getting work done. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, including during video meetings.

What stood out most was the consistency of the service. The staff were professional, polite, and quick to help without being overly formal. Breakfast was well organized and started early enough for business travelers with morning meetings.

The location is excellent for moving around Sofia, and getting a taxi or ride-share was easy at any hour.

I have stayed in several business hotels in the region, and Hilton Sofia is one of the few that delivers a true 5-star business experience: quiet rooms, dependable service, good facilities, and no unnecessary hassle. I would definitely choose it again for work trips.
