Un séjour agréable et parfait.
Pros:

Accueil souriant des hôtesses d'accueil.
Informations précises sur le séjour.
Chambre avec privilège avec un plateau de courtoisie, frigo. Coffre de sécurité, machine à café.
Chambre propre, calme et bien isolé.

Cons:

Juste quelques remarques qui n'affectent pas ma note finale.
Attention à la poussière qui s'accumulent sur la bouilloire et sur le plateau de courtoisie.
Ça peut déranger d'autres clients.
La baignoire est un peu glissant, ça serait bien qu'on ait un moyen de s'agripper pour sortir et un tapis de bain pour qu'on ne glisse pas sur le sol en carrelage lors de la sortie de douche.

Chambre agréable, propre et spacieuse.
Le personnel est souriant et agréable. La responsable est réactive a à cœur de satisfaire sa clientèle. Très appréciable.

Cons:

Pas de réfrigérateur ni de cotons dans la chambre standard, et le nombre de cintres est limité. Mais possibilité de prendre la chambre privilège pour avoir ces services.

Said we didn’t want it cleaned each day but thought this only applied to cleaning. Therefore beds weren’t made towels weren’t changed asked for. Bath shower soap it never arrived. Bathroom extremely small

Fünf Nächte gut geschlafen, dank einer angenehmen und funktionierender Klimaanlage.
Pros:

Lage am Rande der Altstadt und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und war angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Das WLAN ist unkompliziert und hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Da Hotel hat meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Alles hat funktioniert und war in Ordnung. Daher kann ich nichts bemängeln.

Hotel o wysokim standardzie w centrum miasta. Zamek, starówka i dworzec kolejowy w odległości 10-minutowego spaceru. W bezpośredniej okolicy wiele restauracji i pubów. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie. Co prawda brak odrębnego miejsca na rowery, ale bardzo pomocny personel wygospodarował dla nas specjalne miejsce, gdzie można było bezpiecznie je przechować. Polecam.
