Hotel parfait pour un week-end à Angers.
Pros:

L emplacement est parfait , la chambre spacieuse et conforme, le petit déjeuner excellent et le rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Cons:

Une douche à l'italienne est plus apprecié qu'ue baignoire.
Il manque des chaînes TNT . Volontairement ou techniquement ?

Non conforme au standard Mercure Accord 4 étoiles
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal proche de la gare et du centre ville, j’ai bénéficié d’une chambre très spacieuse et très confortable avec une belle salle de bain.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié le manque de professionnalisme de certains membres du personnel d’accueil qui ignorent ma présence car occupé e au téléphone, reste assise derrière le front desk.. j’ai déposé mon bagage en bagagerie moi même, sur la base de la confiance( aucune preuve de dépôt). Chaleur+++ dans la chambre, difficultés pour dormir.
Consignes données au personnel de ménage non respectées….

Séjour d'une nuit, excellent accueil
Pros:

Personnel accueillant et très agréable, chambres propres et confortables, bon rapport qualité prix.
Petit déjeuner copieux, beaucoup de choix, fruits et jus frais.

Cons:

L'hôtel indique un parking mais il n'est en réalité pas accessible (on nous a précisé que seule une toute petite voiture pouvait y stationner).
