Pas mal
Pros:

La partie deluxe Adulte Only et transport publique à quelques pas de l’hotêl, les shops autour et à l’intérieur de l’hôtel et restaurants à quelques minutes de marche.

Cons:

La propreté surtout pour un hotel 5* pas du tout à l’hauteur ainsi que les accessoires toilette (minimum).

חוויה מאכזבת מאוד – שירות גרוע ורמת ניקיון ירודה

מלון ברמה נמוכה מאוד.
עובדים לא שירותיים
ניקוי חדרים זוועה, גוקים ונמלים בחדרים

Cons:

​שירות ויחסי אנוש: רוב אנשי הצוות היו חסרי סבלנות ועצבניים, ועשו טובה שענו בכלל.
מנהלת הקבלה התנהגה כמו מכשפה באגרסיביות ואף צעקה עלינו מספר פעמים.

​ניקיון והיגיינה: רמת ניקיון נמוכה מאוד, החדר היה מלא בנמלים ובג'וקים בכל יום מחדש.

​חוסר מענה: שהינו במלון עם תינוק ובמהלך הלילה נפל החשמל 3 פעמים, אך איש לא ענה בטלפון של הקבלה.

​יצאנו בהרגשה חמוצה ומאוכזבת מאוד, בטוח שלא נחזור.

Było OK, wygodnie operować między hotelowymi basenami a plaża Nissi
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Na słynną plażę jest 50 m. Widok z okna (dopłata za pokój z widokiem na morze) cudowny. Turkus morza mieniący się w oczach i słońcu. Byliśmy w sierpniu więc morze i baseny gorące. Ludzi sporo, ale każdy mógł znaleźć przestrzeń dla siebie (szczególnie w morzu). Tuż przy hotelu jest markecik w którym kupisz wszystko czego potrzebujesz od ręki. Restauracja przy plaży hotelowej bardzo ok, jedzenie a’la carte też w porządku.

Cons:

Kids club porażka. Brudna podłoga. Większość chodzi z butach, część osób zgodnie z zasadami (których nikt nie przestrzega) ściąga buty, ale wtedy wychodzisz z brudnymi stopami. W zasadzie w tym klubie nie ma co robić. Zabawek brak, kąciki typu kuchnie bylejakie, rodzice z dziećmi, których nie można zostawić, nie mają się gdzie podziać więc zajmują przestrzeń dla dzieci lub podtrzymują ścianę. Jak na 5* klub powinien być przyjemniejszy. Ani maluchy, ani przedszkolaki nie miały co robić więc jedyna rozrywka to kolorowanie wydrukowanej kartki.
Dodatkowo w takim hotelu można by zrobić live cooking, brakowało kogoś kto będzie smażył jajka takie jak lubisz i z czym lubisz etc.

מסעדות המלון ממש טובות עם צחירים טובים. מלון מדהים .

מלון מדהים נקי ענק . יש בו הכל .. אהבתי הכל . הים ממש קרוב. בריכה מדהימה . צוות עובד כל הזמן . חדר חדש נקי מרווח . רמב גבוה. יש הסופרמרקט עם מחירים סבירים .

Cons:

צריך לשפר קצת ארוחת בוקר . לקחנו ארוחת ערב והיינו צריכים לשלם על מים . לא היה מזגן בחדר אוכל והיה חם.
