Pros:

Der Service war hervorragend, Georgia von der Rezeption war soo zuvorkommend!
Die Zimmer und das Ambiente ist superschön und entspannend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig und die Kellner sind auf zack. Der Strand ist ein Stückchen Paradies :)

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, this hotel set the bar incredibly high. The amenities are truly top-tier from the beautifully designed rooms and spotless facilities to the relaxing spa and excellent dining options at Glasshouse with the most amazing Dj, Marios. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated to create a comfortable and memorable stay.

What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Georgia at reception, whose warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine kindness made us feel instantly at home. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Georgia, you are amazing!

Equally outstanding was Andreas at the VALA restaurant. His attentiveness, charm, and deep knowledge of the menu transformed every meal into something special. He didn’t just provide service but he created an experience. Thank you Andreas!!

Georgia and Andreas are absolute stars and a true credit to the hotel. Thanks to them, what was already a beautiful stay became something unforgettable. We’ll definitely be returning!

Perfect Stay with Outstanding Service

Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms, a fantastic spa, and a well-equipped gym — everything you need for a perfect stay. The location is ideal, making it easy to get around while still feeling like a relaxing escape.

What truly made the experience stand out was the amazing service. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout.

A special thank you to Georgia at reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind during our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us and made everything smooth and stress-free.

Overall amazing place, I have amazing memories from this hotel, some minor issues we had but would always want to visit
Pros:

- As someone who has been visiting this hotel since I was 5 years old, I am 27 now, and I gotta say this place, the pools and beach hold a special place in my heart.
- I love the new rooms, clean and comfortable as always.
- Has one of the best pool setup in a hotel in Cyprus
- Literally next to one of the most famous beach in Cyprus, it's connected to it.

Cons:

- My biggest issue during our stay was the marathon event for autism that was going on and the unexpected amount of visitors from one day to the other, even the president of Cyprus came. We initially parked normally the first day and on the second day we wanted to take our car and go somewhere to eat, the parking was already full with visitors of the event. We asked the reception and he told us don't worry when you come back you will find a parking spot but as expected that was a lie, we couldn't find anywhere to park the car after returning, so we had to leave my car on an empty land the whole night with fear of it being unprotected etc. my main point is that, as a 5 star hotel you should always be able to find a parking spot if you are staying there. Don't get me started on the noise from the event that started from 5:30AM, we literally couldn't sleep well.

- Breakfast was good with a lot of variance but it could've been better taste wise.

- It's amazing that there is an indoor pool for winter visitors, however the indoor pool area needs a serious renovation to become modern etc as it's currently stuck in 2005 and it doesn't match the rest of the hotel, there was also a spot from the roof leaking drops of moisture in the pool.
