Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, property was exceptionally clean, kids loved each of the pools and beach, and our room was both comfortable and highly functional for our family of four.

Big mistake to choose half board. Terrible quality

Location and accommodation (Rooms) was ok.

Cons:

Paying for half board was a big mistake as the main facility (buffet) was closed because of off season period. Not mentioned on booking dot com and neither on their own website. We only had the choice of one restaurant with very poor quality of food and limited choices on the menu, which meant that we had to have same dishes almost every evening. For us the weather was good even though this was off season which we did not know about beforehand.

Disappointing and not relaxing

Disappointing Stay – Not Worthy of 5 Stars
This hotel is far from the 5-star experience it claims to offer. Perhaps it lived up to that standard 15 years ago, but it’s now in serious need of refurbishment. I found pieces of plasterboard in the bathroom, suggesting poor maintenance and poor cleaning. The staff were unhelpful and at times outright rude, and the hotel enforces some very odd towel policies that simply don’t work in practice. And if you are truly 5 star hotel and you are afraid that your guests are stealing your towels then I feel sorry for your clientele.
There are not nearly enough sunbeds for the number of guests, making it difficult to relax by the pool. Breakfast was extremely basic—definitely not what you'd expect from a supposedly luxury hotel. Overall, the level of service and amenities fell well short of expectations.

Piscine molto belle, Ristorante gradevole. Sushi bar molto buono.

Cons:

le piscine private delle suite, sono mal posizionate; vanno in ombra molto presto. Spiaggia terribile. Acqua sporca, alghe, plastica. Sabbia molto terrosa.

לא אחזור לצערי בפעם השלישית.

החדרים גדולים ומרווחים (האופציה היחידה שניתנה לנו להזמנה זו סוויטה, ושילמנו עליה בהתאם), שירותי המלון מעולים ומסעדת הסושי מעולה.

Cons:

חזרנו פעם שנייה למלון והופתענו לגלות שהשירות השתנה לרעה. חלק מהצוות בקבלה אינו מסביר פנים בכלל, נאלצנו לבקש 5 פעמים מהקבלה שיגיע טכנאי לסדר את הטלוויזיה והכספת ולבסוף קיבלנו תשובה במכתב שהושחל לנו מתחת לדלת בכך שהכל עובד רגיל (למרות שנאמר שלא וזכור שלא) ושהערוצים הישראליים בוטלו וכי הם לא מספקים שירות זה יותר. בנוסף גילינו יחס לא נעים מצד פקיד הקבלה כאשר הגענו לדבר על הנושא. שילמנו המון ולא ראינו תועלת לעומת הפעם הקודמת שהייתה מעולה. בנוסף ארוחת הבוקר רותחת, אין מזגנים והיא בחוץ.
