Hab mich wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Konnte schon am Vormittag mein Zimmer beziehen. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Nur ein paar Schritte zur Altstadt und 2 min zum Bahnhof, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr bequeme Matratze .

Cons:

Kein WLAN Empfang (nur direkt an der Tür) und kein stabiler TV Empfang (Standardsender, z.B. ARD. ZDF) im Zimmer. Frühstück war schlecht.

wifi was slecht c.q. totaal geen ontvangst in hotelkamer, beddegoed was versleten, te weinig stopcontacten, ontbijt werd slecht aangevuld (bediening was meer met zichzelf bezig), receptioniste kon onze gegevens slecht terugvinden en kwam verward over, kortom gehele hotel kwam over als "vergane glorie"

Pros:

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett und hat immer gegrüßt. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal.

Cons:

Der Aufzug riecht leider nach Gosse. Wir wurden in Zimmer 109 untergebracht. Die Tür öffnet schwer und schließt noch schwerer, da sie stark verzogen ist. Man kann sie nur mit vollem Körpereinsatz und einem lauten Knall schließen, was mitten in der Nacht sehr unangenehm für die umliegenden Bewohner ist. Die Wände sind dünn;ich hab unsere Zimmernachbarn schnarchen und sprechen hören. Die Kissen im Bett sind wahrscheinlich nur dekorativ, da man ganz auf der Matratze liegt, wenn man sich darauf legt. Leider konnten wir dieses Problem nicht an das Personal weiter geben, um es zu lösen, da die Rezeption nach 23 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt ist. Schräg gegenüber von unserem Fenster war die Polizeiwache, welche sich allerdings nicht für den Lärm und die laute Musik in der Straße interessiert. Wie gesagt, die Wände sind dünn, man hört alles. Im Bad funktioniert die Lüftung nicht, sodass der Geruch nach einer langen Toilettensitzung durch das ganze Zimmer geht, um zum Fenster raus zu lüften. Der Föhn im Bad ist innen verrostet und sehr dreckig. Die Dusche ist undicht. Es gibt 1 (!) freie Steckdose hinter dem Vorhang. Für 2 Personen gibt es nicht genügend Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen. Mehr fällt mir nicht ein, ich habe den Überblick verloren.

Pros:

Mooie locatie. Gelegen aan de rand van het gezellige plaatsje Ellwangen. Zeker ook een goed adres voor een overnachting op weg naar Oostenrijk. Prima ontbijt en kamers
