Pros:

The staff was really nice. It is right off of the freeway so easy access. Lots of parking. Many restaurants within walking distance

This hotel seems like a good place to stay, but with so many things wrong I was disappointed.
Pros:

The check in was quick and painless. The parking lot was convenient.

Cons:

Many of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were either empty or the pumps in the bottles were broken. In any case, after getting wet there was nothing in the shower to actually bathe with. There were small tubes of shampoo and conditioner next to the sink in the bathroom but there were no bars of soap at all. The TV remote was difficult to use. The coffee available for breakfast was lukewarm and the milk for cereal had a strange taste.

I will keep in mind to stay again if in the area.
Pros:

Room was very nice and it had a small refrigerator with a freezer, which is good for me. Microwave but no coffee maker. TV was good and the bed was a little on the soft side but perhaps what people prefer. Breakfast was better than a grab and go and had eggs and sausage.

Cons:

No coffee maker but I was generally impressed with the quality of the hotel.
