It's good ,love Benjamin he's the life of the party at the front desk ,just awesome n always lively, don't really prefer Dakota he just seems like he'd rather be home then here.l the staff just friendly

I checked in with the intention to stay for a short term and decided to become a long term resident due to the level of hospitality within this hotel. The level of professionalism helps ensure that this place follows it's mission statement by making it feel like home. It's hard to feel at home anywhere when your family has all passed, but the residents and staff here make me feel included as if we are all family. Thank you Benjamin for being the heartbeat of this hotel. His personality, charisma, willingness to be true to himself, ways he goes above and beyond for everyone is truly the definition of customer service. He has been with the company for a year and his contributions make it feel like he's been born for this. He values his occupation as well as the guests. This hotel is great for anyone who's traveling for work, in between places or traveling. The rooms are very adorable, cleaned and affordable. The amenities are minimal but great as well. It's a comfortable sized breakfast in the morning, on site laundry and free parking when you stay here. I will be back to stay at this property if I ever depart from here.

Benji has been absolutely amazing. The atmosphere here with the long-term guests have been easy to adapt with. My babies are also able to make friends with other pets that reside here in the property. The location is very close to convenience stores, grocery stores and other local chain restaurants. All of the staff here have been helpful during my stay. A special shout out to Benji for helping maintain the property with all of the cleaning that he does. His warm welcome always make you feel invited and at home. The whole stay has been a joy. The rooms are spacious, accommodating to all it is able to hold. My pets have adapted to it very well, even being between housing. This is a great home away from home .

Stayed there for 21 days, the room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfasts is grab and go, good coffee! The manager ( Brooke ) was attentive and went out of her way to ensure that I was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be staying there again. 🙂 Checkout April 31, Room 419..

Benjamin at the front desk goes above and beyond. He is truly appreciated. The property itself is clean and well-kept and is the perfect place to stop and stay while we find a good place to land for a few months.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchenette you walk in to is a welcome feature.

This is my first time at this property and I'm blown away with the level of customer service here. All of the workers here are professional, especially Benjamin. He has been here for a short time, I believe he said a year and you couldn't tell. He has great home manners, respect and courtesy. He is also coming through with style. He dresses the role he aspires to achieve. It's been great staying here.

The room was phenomenal, the hospitality was great, Benjamin was great with his level of services too. The stay has been well accommodated and accompanied with new, revised amenities. This new renovated property is a great place to stay

Really enjoying my stay. Well-maintained and quiet environment works for me. The staff has been wonderful Benjamin has been so helpful and positive people like him make my transition so much easier on me.

The room was dirty and very small

Horrible. Very scary people walking in the hallways. The bed was sandy. I would not recommend. I’m a leisure and travel writer and have given a very bad review.

I came here just over a year ago, and I appreciate being able to stay here :-) The hotel is comfortable, and my room is pleasant.
The folks who work here are wonderful - Benji is so very helpful and welcoming, Brooke is warm and friendly, and Katie is also kind and helpful! (The other folks I have met are pleasant, also!) In my opinion, this is a wonderful place for seniors who are either downsizing (and determining next steps) or are striving to live a simpler life. Thank you for being a part of my life!!
