I traveled for the first time to the United States all the way from Cairo, Egypt. This is my first time hearing of Extended Stay America and I can honestly say that my trip here for FIFA has been good. Benjamin is nice, happy and polite. Thank you Benjamin! Habibi! 🇪🇬🇪🇬⚽️

The check in process was very welcoming and thorough while also being very friendly. Benji made my room feel homey and gave it a good mopping with pinesol right before I checked in. It felt so clean and ready. He also went above and beyond to come up to the room with me and check the cooking burners and made sure I was happy with the room.
I have a great view from my window and the ADA room is very decent. My only dislike is the tub. I wish it was a walk-in/roll in shower. Other than the tub I am very happy with everything!

Completely pleasant, efficient, and welcoming. Well trained and helpful employees with your interests their interest. Location near, but not too near freeway access, and restaurants galore. Reasonably quiet for it's location, and recent upgrades and improvements help nicely.

I wanted to take a minute to recognize Benji for the outstanding job he is doing at this Extended Stay America.

From the moment I walked in, Benji made the check-in process easy, welcoming, and stress-free. Moving to a new city and staying in a hotel for a couple of weeks while waiting for my apartment has been a big transition, and having someone like Benji at the front desk made a real difference.

What impressed me most was that he didn't just hand me a room key and send me on my way. He actually took the time to walk through the room with me and make sure everything was right. During that process, he found that the HVAC filter was extremely dirty and clogged and immediately took care of it. He also checked the bathroom exhaust fan, found it was dirty and clogged as well, and cleaned it out.

On top of that, he noticed a piece of countertop molding that was loose and fixed it. He checked the stove burners to make sure they were working properly and took the time to make sure everything in the room was functioning the way it should before leaving.

In today's world, it is rare to find someone who genuinely takes ownership and pride in making sure guests are taken care of. Benji went far beyond what I expected from a front desk employee. He treated me like a person, not just another room number.
His hospitality, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression on me. Employees like Benji are the reason people return to businesses and recommend them to others.

As someone who has spent years in maintenance and leadership roles, I know what it looks like when an employee truly cares about doing things right. Benji is one of those people. He represents Extended Stay America extremely well, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for the level of service he provides.

This location Bothell West is by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. The staff here have helped me navigate myself through a comfortable stay here with Extended Stay America properties. Im very technologically challenged, but the staff here is always opened to help with any questions I might have.
Benji has been a tremendous help with his personality and attentiveness to all of his guests. he is a main perk about this property. Everyone else has been the same level of accommodating.
