В основном отель мне понравился. Чистый уютный, старинный. Я не пожалела, что остановилась в нем.
Pros:

Отель в центре, удобно. Комната чистая, фрукты и вода при заселении. Красивая столовая.

Cons:

Завтрак был не очень. Хлеба было много, но никогда не был свежим, заветренным. Ресепшен не умеет встречать клиентов, никаких знаков приветствия, все на автомате. В первый раз такое встречаю, сколько путешествую. Кровати должны были быть две раздельные, бронировали так так как путешествовала с сыном, но дали комнату с одной большой кроватью. Пришлось спать в не комфортных условиях.

Great location and good family room
Pros:

Great location, close to metro, shops and restaurants. Room was quiet - didn't hear anything from other guests close by

Cons:

Aircon was good but couldn't workout how to reduce the temp. We tried but it ignored us! Was still a nice cool room though

Pros:

Staff was super friendly, ludmila made us great cocktails everyday and she was always so nice to us. nice swimming pool and lots of people from 21-30 years old, perfect for meeting new friends. Had such a nice time in general. Would definitely come here again.

Pros:

The hotel is right next to the famous a brasileira and the baixa chiado metro which is great for getting round the city. The legendary 28 tram stops here as well. The breakfast was excellent and was not overcrowded as it was open until 11. and had everything we needed. Our room was very clean and had air conditioning.Even though the hotel was in a busy area the room was very quiet at night.The receptionist and staff are very friendly.
