La ubicación, en pleno barrio de Chiado, a pocos minutos de todas las zonas de interés. El desayuno abundante, variado y de calidad, muy bueno. La habitación limpia.

Cons:

Esta en pleno centro, alrededor de restaurantes, cafeterías y bares por lo que es un poco ruidoso. Suerte que nos dieron una habitación que daba a la calle contigua y prácticamente no se oían los ruidos.

Cons:

Perguntamos se o hotel teria café da manha para pessoas com doença celíaca, a principio disseram que sim, mas na hora do café da manha os funcionários da cozinha estavam totalmente perdidos. Eles simplesmente nos deram um pacote de pão sem glúten e nada mais. Ficou um olhando para cara do outro, não sabiam o que fazer. Disseram que só tinham aquilo. Acho que faltou mais cuidado nessa hora.

Nagyon pozitív, mindent kielégítő ezen az áron egy 5, de akár 6-8 napos tartózkodásra is.
Pros:

A szállás szuper helyen van, pár lépés a metró és a híres 28-as villamos megállója is, de sok-sok látnivaló érhető el gyalogosan is. A reggeliző hely nagyon jól néz ki, a reggeli igazán ízletes, változatos is, mi nem tudtuk megunni 5 nap alatt. A környék nagyon népszerű, ezért az utca zajai néha beszűrődnek, de ez az alvásban egyáltalán nem volt zavaró. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, minden nagyon tiszta volt. Nekünk jobban tetszett, mint amire számítottunk, legközelebb is itt fogunk megszállni. A személyzet összességében kedves volt és segítőkész.

Cons:

A szobában nincsen akasztó, csak a szekrényben, és az egyik fürdőszobai akasztó is le volt törve. Konnektor kevés van, lehetne elosztó a szobában, akkor kényelmesebben lehetne mindent tölteni, és nem kéne kihúzni a lámpákat és a TV-t.
