Mi aspetto che una struttura ricettiva portoghese (EU) abbia almeno qualcuno tra il personale che parli una lingua di un altro paese europeo.
Mi aspetto che se chiedo la sostituzione di un'asciugamani o di un accappatoio non mi si dica "domani" e che quando consegno un accappatoio, cui manca una cintura, per una sostituzione non mi venga consegnato un accappatoio senza cintura.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, le camere sono molto belle e spaziose. Lo staff molto gentile e attento!

Sehr gute Lage und einfach per Metro erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Raum. Die aufgestellten Raumdeos konnten das nur teilweise erträglich machen. Abwasserleitung verläuft quer durch den Raum und stört leider sehr.

Lizbon’un merkezinde güzel bir tatil.
Pros:

Konumu çok iyi. Odalar her gün temizleniyor ve çalışan personel çok güleryüzlü. Kahvaltıda yoğurt ve meyve vermesi de çok iyi. Kahve seçenekleri de çok ve lezzetli.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda sunulan peynir seçeneği sınırlı. Odanın tuvaletinden sürekli kanalizasyon kokusu gelmesi rahatsız edici. Tuvalet klozetinin kapağını ve banyonun kapısını sürekli kapattığımız halde koku geliyor.

Ótimo quarto, ótima localização, vista charmosa da rua.

A localização era excelente. Perto de tudo a walking distance.

Cons:

O hotel não tem grandes estruturas de apoio e ammenities. É só o quarto mesmo e a política rigorosa demais do checkin, sobretudo durante uma heatwave histórica, decepcionou um pouco.

La posizione ottima davanti alla metropolitana, il quartiere Chado molto bello, pieni di locali e gente che passeggia. in dieci minuti di passeggio sei in Piazza del Commercio.

la reception, forse abituati a molti turisti ti considerano poco. Sono tendenzialmente freddi e spesso quando gli passi davanti non ti salutano. Non sono maleducati intendiamoci, ma non ti considerano molto.

Pros:

Hotel borges centralissimo. Colazione abbondante in un salone fantastico in stile. Letti molto comodi, vista sul viale centrale. Omaggio di frutta dolcetti e acqua all arrivo. Era presente anche una bilancia x i bagagli da stiva.

Cons:

La prima notte si sono sentiti parecchi rumori (.disordini) in strada.
La camera non era minuscola, però c'era un passaggio molto stretto.
Il bagno piccino la doccia però era ok.
Nel complesso, difetti accettabili per 3 notti.

Pros:

Fiquei hospedado pela segunda vez no hotel, e novamente foi tudo perfeito. Localização excelente, staff muito prestativo. Quando eu voltar a Lisboa, será novamente minha opção de hospedagem, sem duvidas.
