Everything was excellent!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional at this hotel. The rooms were very large…plenty of room for a wheelchair to get around. The location couldn’t have been better, centrally located for walking in all directions.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas attentif aux clients, ne salue jamais en premier reception, femme chambre, salle PDJ. Chambre avec fenêtre bouchée par un énorme bloc climatisation hyper bruyant. Les pains du PDJ sont rassis, les fruits en boîtes et j'en passe. Nous avons surpris le personnel à recharger les corbeilles de pain avec les restes de pain intact que les clients ont laissé dans leur assiette. Les salles magnifiques sur les photos ne servent à rien faute de budget...(Dixit le personnel) . J'hésite à continuer à utiliser booking pour mes réservations.. Publicité mensongère.

Merveilleuse escapade à Lisbonne en plein cœur de la ville
Pros:

La chambre était grande et fonctionnelle, le lit confortable. La salle de bain était grande, ils ont changés nos linges de bain. La situation géographique de l'hôtel est excellente. Nous avons fait presque tout à pied. Le métro est juste en face. La place du chiado est charmante. Par notre fenêtre, nous avons eu une belle vue de la place. Au début, j'avais peur pour le bruit car le quartier est animé avec des bars et restaurants. Cependant après 23h, nous n'avons rien entendu. Le personnel était aimable et courtois. Nous n'avons pas pris le déjeuner à l'hôtel parce que juste à côté, il y a un des meilleurs café-patisserie de la ville, a Brasileira.

Beautiful and elegant
Pros:

I really loved the size of the room, I love the balcony and overlooking the city. Breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. The hotel Decker made it look very elegant.

Pros:

The Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Lisbon. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and courteous.

I would have liked a bar in the hotel. Although it was easy enough to get a drink in the nearby restaurants
