Excellent standard - more than 3 star rating.
Pros:

Friendly welcome by staff. Huge, palatial room and excellent bathroom.
Fantastic location in centre of city, apart from steep hills very walkable. Attractive lounges behind lifts inc gym for the healthy guests! Many redtaurants within a 2 min walk.Breakfast was excellent with good choice of dishes. Hot and cold always avail, plenty of cold choices and all foods constantly replenished.
Breakfast room looks like something from a French chateau!

Cons:

Would have been to have a bar area using the lovely lounges.

lugar otimo para aproveitar o movimento do comercio e bares ao redor, com conforto e segurança.

O quarto era amplo, com decoração moderna e clean, camas e roupas de cama muito confortáveis.

Cons:

O lugar do café da manhã é lindo e agradavel, mas os paes e bolos poderiam ser melhores.

I stayed for one night , it was basically exactly what I needed.
Pros:

The location is in the heart of Chiado which is great for access but no good for noise late at night when you are trying to sleep. Very close to Chiado-Baxia Metro stop.

Cons:

Until 2 am , the restaurants next to hotel had people singing ang having a good time so it was hard to fall asleep if you plan on catching an early flight out.

Pros:

Excellent location, just in front of Baxia-Chiado metro station. Spacios room, good airconditioning, nice high windows, comftable bed, 2 seating.

Cons:

Small bath cabin, hard to sqeeze in to get sopy shower. It looks that shower outlet is clogged, water fills the cabin quickly.

Brilliant location. Value for money.
Pros:

Very central location. Very comfortable clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Lots of activity and cafes just outside on the pedestrian square. Right near the Chiado Metro and the trams stops.

Cons:

It may be too noisy for some, lots of activity on the square outside.

Vacanza a Lisbona
Pros:

Ottima struttura situata in una zona, il Chiado, perfetta per girare la città. Location in piena movida, a due passi da tutto, colazione ottima con tanta scelta anche se la disposizione dei posti in lunghi tavoli, potrebbe risultare un pò scomoda, camera ampia e confortevole con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Buon rapporto prezzo posizione qualità.
