The hotel served its purpose for us but won’t be staying here again

Great location and good price

Cons:

Staff could be more accommodating . Their website states different check-in and check out times than what they claimed it to be in person and they wouldn’t budge even for a half an hour

Usally our stay is very nice. Not this time.
Pros:

wasn't aware of a breakfast. We've stayed at this location numerous times and has always been a pleasurable experience. will explain in the next section.

Cons:

when we arrived the room temperature was set at 66. The room was very cold and damp. Damp to the point that the bedding felt wet. We were both too tired and exhaused and we just toughed it out. other than that the rest of the stay was ok.

My daughter and I got bit by bugs and the shower made a very loud screeching sound when you turn it out the staff are awkward and made us feel uncomfortable. Hotel not in an ideal location as there is nothing nearby

Locate was close to the event we attended.

Cons:

On our check date my husband went down stairs to retrieve a luggage cart. When he asked the front desk clerk if he know where he could find one, he was told that the clerk didn’t know and maybe he would find one on the 3rd floor. He offered no assistance. Luckily he found one by the elevator.
