I was very unhappy with the amount I was charged as I have e paid less and got more in other hotels

Food left in the refrigerator from the last guest that was in the room i paid for. None of the outlets worked. I re eieved no maid service for the entire time I was there.

Manager would NOT help us get into our room and was extremely rude. Young short Asian girl who told me she was the manager when I asked to speak with one, she was aware we drove all the way from Arizona and it was my birthday. It ruined our entire trip and we had no where to stay as it was a Friday night and late and everything was sold out. This hotel and this manager made us have a horrible experience and we will NOT be returning. Also you need to change how you expect forms of payment.. absolutely bullshit no cash and no form of card???? How the hell do you even stay here!!!

Tutto vecchio , di almeno 30 anni fa . Muffa nelle docce , letti vecchi , odore di chiuso e di vecchio . Mobili vecchissimi e cucina credo del 1980 . Non ho nemmeno aperto il frigorifero perché non volevo vedere cosa ci fosse dentro . Sicuramente non tornerò mai più .
