Very dissapointed everything was less then par expectations were not met everything was underwelming and honestly a big

I guess if there was anything I liked the distance it was from certain things I had planned to do.

Cons:

There was a spider,the breakfast starts at 6 am got there on time and there was barely any food there and the selection of food was very minuscule didn’t have a lot of options there were no vending machines in the hotel even tho there’s signs saying they have them the room I bought was supposed to have a king size bed it was a queen at best the layout of room was very tight for a king studio.

Enjoyable, clean, stay with a nice breakfast and good location
Pros:

Very nice staff, very clean! Breakfast was nice and the cost was great. The location was great for us wanting to be close to downtown but not with the high costs

Pros:

The staff was very attentive to fix an error made at check in. Upon arriving I went to pay a deposit for the room and the hotel charged me $450.00. When I questioned this they said they would release the hold. It is still on my account so I’m not sure it was a hold, I believe I was charged with the room in error and they are attempting to refund the money back to my card. I brushed this off as mistakes happen. Later in the evening we were in the pool area with the kids and had coffees and water bottles in reusable cups. The staff came in and left. About 5 minutes later the staff member hung signs on the pool door stating no food or drink in the pool area. Overall the staff was friendly but it didn’t seem sincere. All and all probably should have stayed somewhere else.
