Lack of cleanliness & the lack of wanting to correct the problem or make sure we were halfway ok with what they offered in compensation. When you find a wash cloth with pub hair all over it & a pillow that has blood spots you should try to be more accommodating to your guests.

Great place close to everything
Pros:

Rooms was very clean and the breakfast was great. Noise level above you was irritating. Next time ill ask for the 4th floor I did call the front desk and they took care of the the problem and the noise quit.

The place was nice
Pros:

I liked the room, and the breakfast

Cons:

The check in process should have been easy, because I did it all online, however the lady checking me in checked in the wrong person, it was awkward, she may have been new, another staff came over and fixed it.
