The beds are very small
Those beds said double bed but people at least expect a bigger bed.
The pool area looks old. Doors cracked and worn out. Didn’t feel clean.
To many nice plays to stay for you all to slack on things like that.

I liked the room size and comfortability.
I did not enjoy the pool area. I did not like the staff cleaning on our hallway for 4+ hours and beating the vacuum on the wall and doors. I did not like that the curtains did not close to provide privacy and block sunlight.

5 STARS!!!!!
This place is terrible for several reasons.
The first is all the people who work there.we wanted more pillows then the person with the hotel just opened the door and walked in! Next, the hair dryer didn't work so I took it down to the front desk when I encountered the second problem. Very arrogantly, the lady informed me there was no problem. I went back tried it again and the problem was the electrical socket was bad. No attempt to repair it. Plug would heat up then trip the breaker. No one in room service spoke English and communication was bad. Carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced as there are many tripping hazards in the middle as it has rolls in it. Smells bad as well.

Older needs updated.. it wasn’t very clean window curtains had stuff all on them, bathroom had no body wash and needed to be cleaned.

Great staff works hard to make sure everyone is cared for. I saw multiple examples of them going the extra mile for customers who needed a little extra help. Good breakfast, comfy and clean rooms with smart TVs.

I seemed to always get the loud people (banging sounds) or the families with loud children right next to me (my 2 week stay here)
My dogs generally do not bark but when there are loud noises outside the door they do.
