Pros:

Staff was friendly. I was glad they had a designated pet area for my dog.

Cons:

I didn't use the swimming pool but it looked a little scruffy. I think the rate charge for having a pet was a little bit High.

Enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable, looked like it been painted and updated recently.

Cons:

Would have liked to have extended my stay one more night. The price quoted for that extra night was ridiculous. We moved to another hotel.

I had an issue with my TV the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Parts of my room were dated. The water in the shower wouldn't drain correctly.

Run down, noisy, window and air conditioner leaked, subpar breakfast. Not sure how it got five star reviews.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The first room leaked all over the floor around the windows when it rained. They changed our room and it leaked under the air conditioner all over the floor. We Just shoved towels under the air conditioner because we did not want to move again. Breakfast was subpar. All the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Biscuits were hard. The hotel is run down.

Horrible experience
Pros:

The property was in a great location

Cons:

Robin who works at the front desk, has to be one of the most rudest, unprofessional person that I’ve came across in a very long time. But I am assume she already knows that because other people know about her being very rude Hot Springs is a small place so word travels. she was caught lying by booking.com and they plan on taking further action. She also said to never book through anywhere else except them directly. I want to stay at the hotel with her being a person. They let Work there if you offered me $1 million that’s how bad she was.
