Loved the visit at the Grand Fiesta Americana
Pros:

I had a lovely visit at Grand Fiesta Americana. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The bakery items were especially impressive—everything taste fresh and high quality. The fruits were also very fresh and full of flavour.

What really stood out was the guest service, which was excellent throughout my stay—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Great Hotel and Perfect Location
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. Our room had an amazing view of Chapultepec, and it was clean and spacious. I visited the spa with my daughter for a massage and was very good. Alexa and Jazmin hosted our visit and the service was exceptional. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel. The location is unbeatable and the surroundings felt safe.

Amazing stay near Chapultepec Park in Mexico City.
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly —an exceptional experience. The concierge was very helpful providing excellent recommendations and great directions for getting around the city. The restaurant was great and had a nice selection of dishes; the food was delicious with perfect portions, and the waitstaff provided excellent service. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained at all times, and had a spectacular view of Chapultepec Park. I would definitely return to this hotel on my future visits to Mexico City.

Perfecto!!
Pros:

It was excellent—comfortable, great food—breakfast buffet had anything one would want! Great location—saw two terrific art exhibits at the Tamayo Museum across the street— Chapultepec Park is beautiful—David was very warm and friendly as well as helpful with our luggage and accommodation. Purified water bottle filler in lobby. Taxi available right away.

alfombras muy viejas, el baño viejo, y los precios de la comida no van en relación a la calidad de la misma, cobraron servicios de consumo de minibar que no se consumieron y al final los quitaron

An enjoyable stay in a good hotel
Pros:

This hotel is out of the centre, with the huge Bosque de Chapultapec a stone’s throw away. We used Uber to get around; while this was easy and not expensive, it could be very slow due to heavy traffic. The nearest metro is a fair walk from the hotel, so the hotel less convenient than some others, if using public transport.
We stayed in a spacious Club Room with a view towards the Castillo de Chapultepec. Our room was well serviced twice daily. We needed a second desk chair and this arrived very quickly. There was a problem with the aircon in our room - also dealt with promptly.

We were able to enjoy the Club Lounge where breakfast is served and, each evening, there are drinks and a small food buffet. The lounge service was good, although some of the lounge staff had limited English.

The hotel reception staff had good English. When we checked in we asked for a local map which we think essential for visitors to Mexico City. The map we were given was very poor; it was fortunate that we found a much better map in our guidebook. We did, of course, also use Google Maps for directions.

It is nice and quiet and peaceful it is a very nice area and you have things walking distance or grab s cab or Uber .
Pros:

I always say here it is very clean and the service is great and the food. Location is walking distance to the park and the zoo and restaurant. We had a problem with the TV and Francisco Lobato walk me how to connect my computer to the TV.

Me he hospedado varias veces aqui .. me encanta por la ubicacion. Siento que el piso ejecutivo deberia tener mejor comida y calidad de bebidas pero de ahi es una gran opcion.
