An enjoyable stay in a good hotel
Pros:

This hotel is out of the centre, with the huge Bosque de Chapultapec a stone’s throw away. We used Uber to get around; while this was easy and not expensive, it could be very slow due to heavy traffic. The nearest metro is a fair walk from the hotel, so the hotel less convenient than some others, if using public transport.
We stayed in a spacious Club Room with a view towards the Castillo de Chapultepec. Our room was well serviced twice daily. We needed a second desk chair and this arrived very quickly. There was a problem with the aircon in our room - also dealt with promptly.

We were able to enjoy the Club Lounge where breakfast is served and, each evening, there are drinks and a small food buffet. The lounge service was good, although some of the lounge staff had limited English.

The hotel reception staff had good English. When we checked in we asked for a local map which we think essential for visitors to Mexico City. The map we were given was very poor; it was fortunate that we found a much better map in our guidebook. We did, of course, also use Google Maps for directions.

It is nice and quiet and peaceful it is a very nice area and you have things walking distance or grab s cab or Uber .
Pros:

I always say here it is very clean and the service is great and the food. Location is walking distance to the park and the zoo and restaurant. We had a problem with the TV and Francisco Lobato walk me how to connect my computer to the TV.

Me he hospedado varias veces aqui .. me encanta por la ubicacion. Siento que el piso ejecutivo deberia tener mejor comida y calidad de bebidas pero de ahi es una gran opcion.

Fantastic.
Pros:

Stay was wonderful. Alejandro helped me to top up my sim card on my first day. Carlos took me to get a different breakfast from the food stalls outside the hotel every morning. Francisco fixed my door superfast.

Convenient, safe, and centrally located hotel. Friendly and attentive staff made our stay in CDMX incredible.

Room was large and the view of Chapultepec park was incredible. However, window cleaning on the outside would have helped to enjoy the view.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. A special thank you to the concierge for setting up a fantastic tour for my wife and me on a moments notice, and to David the bellman, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service!

I always stay at Fiesta Americana hotels when I travel to Mexico City (usually 2–3 times per year). Given my loyalty to the hotel, I was expecting to stay on the "Fiesta Rewards" floors. However, this time I was assigned a room on the first floor, which did not meet my expectations.
