Pros:

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillies et le personnel était très aimable. L'hôtel est bien situé, le parking souterrain un vrai plus. L'établissement est très bien pensé et équipé. Chambres très confortables, propres et adaptées en famille. La piscine était si bienvenue au vu de la chaleur, le top!

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié disposer d'un accès à un café/goûter durant l'après-midi, mais nous avons été autorisées à consommer nos denrées, achetées à proximité, car il y a plein de commerces.

Bad experience with Radisson, this was first time I stayed at this chain and I never will.

No what I expected from the Radisson brand will avoid in future but the staff were amazing.
Pros:

Good location for my purposes. The staff were great.

Cons:

Food was poor. I ordered an entrecôte steak that was inedible and was sent back. Scrambled eggs at breakfast looked like they had come out of a packet. Very limited food menu and no lunch was served at the weekend. Ironing board was a cheap table version.

Le parking dont certaines places mal indiquées ont un bloc de béton qui descend du plafond, sur la place et ou, on ne peut se garer qu'en marche avant. N'ayant pas été prévenus par l'hôtel nous nous sommes pris le bloc de béton et avons donc accidentés notre véhicule de location. Lorsque nous avons fait remonter l'information on nous a dit que le parking ne dépendait pas de l'hôtel et qu'il était indiqué sur les murs de se garer en marche avant sauf que ce n'est pas visible lorsque vous entamez votre marche arrière pour vous garer. Très dommageable !

Pros:

L'hôtel ex Golden-tulipe ,repris et rénové récemment par groupe Radisson,présente toutes les qualités recherchées pour un week-end où quelques jours .
A 10mns du centre ville ( taxi , bus ), confort,propreté, équipements dont piscine extérieure tres bien entretenue , personnel tres accueillant, toujours souriant 😃, chambre tres spacieuse, vue piscine ( au top du calme ), literie +++, salle de bain tres bien conçue.
Rapport qualité prix tres bon .

Fermeture du bar pas assez tardve
