Location- on the beach and easy walk to restaurants, earrings and shops

Cons:

It’s old and needs a refurbishment. towels were old and thin, stained and grey instead of white. crockery old. Buffet breakfast was fine but not the variety available at other hotels for the same price. International school beside hotel with children playing most of the day. A little noisy.

A great location right on the beach at Sanur. Staff very willing to help

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel is in a bad state of disrepair, particularly plumbing and electrical. Lighting very poor. No electrical points that work to charge devices. Drainage from basin and showers inadequate. A bad smell emanating from the shower

Wonderful and relaxing

Rooms are in need of an upgrade.
Staff, while friendly, had limited English and this included reception. I had a communication problem over a bottle of wine from the minibar which they never replaced and weren't aware of till after I'd left. Had to get a friend staying there to pay for it.

Great value beach resort.
Pros:

Great location for beach access. It’s an older property that still shines, especially the staff.

Cabinetry needs fixing and the pillows were rock hard.

Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of Sanur Beach. Spa salon in the complex. Great breakfast 😊
