Property very old falling apart
Love Inna Sindhu’s location, lovely old style hotel right on the beach . Make us feel very welcome every time . Pillows could be softer and the breakfast a bit limited but the egg station is great and waffles freshly prepared. Good value when breakfast is included and if you want fancier it is surrounded by restaurants , cafes and Warungs for all budgets . I Always book here , great spot for those on a budget

I'm not really a breakfast person, but managed to get to breakfast twice. Both times there was a lot of variety and everything looked good.
The location was the best part, so close to the beach and lots of little markets and beach restaurants.
The staff were always very pleasant and willing to help.
The price was also very good.
My bed was horrible. It was so hard, that after the first night I asked for a mattress topper which was given to me the same day. This made it slightly better, but not great. The pillows weren't the best either. Also one day the sheets on my bed were full of old stains, which wasn't so nice either.
The shower in my room had terrible water pressure and was very old and tired and could definitely do with a good renovation.
The location was sensational!! Right on the beach, close to our favourite warungs & restaurants and an easy stroll to Icon for some shopping.
The gardens were beautiful and the pool was lovely. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful & we really enjoyed our stay.
Our room was a bit tired and the air conditioner leaked water. There was mould on the ceiling which was a bit of a concern too. The bathroom was dated and the shower was in the bath- tricky if you have any mobility issues, however great water pressure in the shower (can be unusual in Bali)

The location was great to the water. The breakfast was very limited and the restaurant staff had very limited understanding of English.
During the stay I had a fall and was knocked out after hitting a wall near the pool toilets and my partner ran for help but the staff was only interested in providing the other guests around the pool with their lunch. Another guest ran to my help after he noticed the staff was not interested in helping me get to my feet and the toilet. And never came near me again that day to see if I was OK.
Communication with the staff was difficult at times.

Too many aggressive shop owners positioning themselves out the front of the hotel on the footpath harassing Inna Sindhu customers and passers by.
Location, breakfast, view from restaurant and room bacony (213) gardens and large shady car park so your car did not get and you didn't get a fried bum when you sat on your scooter.
Quick introduction to room, no this what all these switches do on the panel beside bed, you have a multi outlet power board under table, would you like me to show how the TV works. I believe these matters are a lack of confidence caused by lack of training and/or poor English.
I loved this hotel. The staff are all very welcoming, happy and helpful. The room was big and the gardens and pool are beautiful! The bar on the beach has tables and sunlounges and there are lots of shops, warungs and restaurants nearby.

Bathrooms need overhaul. Next to no water pressure or hot water. Upstairs ( Bali stairs) rooms for two weeks with artificial knees and a sight disabled child was stressful.
