Truntum Kuta

Staff members Ari Kusuma and duty manager Cok Ola and Nina from reception provide exceptional customer service. They really stood out during our stay.
Breakfast could improve slightly by adding some ‘Australian’ touches such as Vegemite and Nutella for children.
My kids loved the foam party.
The bidet water does smell. Not sure if some type of treatment could improve it but it would be good for the hotel to explore.
Food and beverage prices very reasonable. Location is great, right around the corner from Kuta Square.

the atmosphere of the Truntum was excellent!! from having multiple pools to the events they threw to make it kid friendly i really enjoyed the week i stayed!! and of course EDI always made sure our room was clean such a nice guy!!!!

Hey I had a fabulous time . I had a wonderful Bell Boy called Aryawan. Anything I wanted to know or needed Aryawan was very helpful. It was a pleasure to be treated if I was the only person there. Loved it

Really great experience, i had a nice stay. Services was great, everything was amazing, and the breakfast was the best. Never had a breakfast while watching the beautiful sea. Totally recommended

We had a fantastic stay at Truntum Kuta and would happily return.
The location is prime — the beach is right beside the hotel, two art markets are just minutes away, and it’s an easy 15-minute walk to both Discovery Mall and Beachwalk Shopping Centre. Everything you need is close by.
A special mention goes to the Duty Manager, Mr Cok Oka Derana. He is a genuinely kind, happy man with a great sense of humour and truly made our stay memorable. Staff like him make all the difference.
The food was excellent, with great choices available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our room was cleaned daily by Edi, a lovely young man who always went above and beyond — nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always happy to help.
The hotel also offers a full-service spa on site, which was fantastic, and three outdoor swimming pools, giving plenty of space to relax.
The new lobby is beautiful, very welcoming, and sets the tone for the whole stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and friendly.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

We love the hotel it offers so much and the staff is amazing.
Edi and his crew had our room beautifully cleaned each day with special surprises made on our bed including a heart felt message for my birthday.
Yogi, Arim, Dina made our time around the pool so enjoyable.
Intan is so delightful and remembers the finer details about our family and greets us all the time.

Pool side room was a great decision to make, big roomy serviced daily. Pools clean and refreshing beds super comfy. Breakfast was large selection of almost anything. Pop up warung in carpark in the evenings offer o tasty inexpensive array of dishes. All in all if you didn't want to leave resort you don't have to. Sitting out front of hotel sipping a cool drink watching the sun go down overthe ocean is an added perk. All in all I will certainly return.

Good location, close to strip malls and the beach, great staff specially the bell boys and in particular our friend Aryawan who greeted us every single day and helped us with our day to day stuff
