For what I needed, this was a good value.
Pros:

Location; clean, comfy bed; nice staff. Good parking and elevator access to room.

Cons:

Loud jumping in the room overhead; no extra blankets and what was on the bed was very lightweight; only 3 pillows; and the very noisy refrigerator directly next to the bed. It cycled on and off constantly and was not cold for the items I placed inside.

Very clean Hotel! Love that there was fresh coffee. Staff was very nice at the front desk

Cons:

I thought it was not soundproof very well we could hear people on the side and above us slamming cupboard doors kids jumping on the beds. That was the only thing wrong

Nice hotel at a decent price.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, full-service appliances in room and close to U Of M hospital.

Cons:

Breakfast could have started at 5 instead of 6 am.

Safe, clean and comfortable place to stay when in Ann Arbor.
Pros:

Bkft was typical-fresh, clean and accessible. Our bedroom was clean, big enough for brief stays and had plenty of storage areas. Each room had all the amenities needed. Room was in great condition-felt new. I really liked the bay window for seating and storing items. Heating/cooling system worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and easy access to local restaurants.

Cons:

There could be more table/seating available for the bkft area. There was NO hot food (except for the waffles)..bummer! But at least there were hard boiled eggs..
