Pros:

The location was the only good thing about the hotel. The price was fair for the amenities.

Clean room and included breakfast

Cons:

Bed was not very comfortable. Traffic noise from the highway and noise within the hotel (doors shutting, toilets flushing, people taking) seemed quite loud. Not soundproofed at all.

On the morning of our checkout, August 12, 2026, the fire alarm went off at around 6:00 a.m. We all came downstairs, and I noticed that the front desk employee was sitting very calmly. I asked him what had happened, and he simply told me that it was a false alarm.

I understand that alarms can sometimes be triggered accidentally. However, we had gone to bed around 2:00 a.m., so being woken up by the alarm was very disruptive. Even if it was a false alarm, I would have appreciated an apology or at least some acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused to the guests.

Unfortunately, around 7:00 a.m., the alarm started beeping again, although it stopped shortly afterward.

My concern is not simply that the alarm went off, but how the situation was handled. In the future, I hope the hotel staff will be more attentive and proactive when something like this happens and communicate appropriately with guests. A little more concern and professionalism would have made a big difference.

Location is convenient, just off the motorway to the airport.

Cons:

Personnel was downright grumpy, ignored me when I arrived to check in, didn't want to even speak to me when I had a question later.

Good location - quick freeway access - had everything we needed for a business stay
Pros:

The room had everything we needed. Staff was excellent and very pleasant. Location was very convenient to a local restaurant serving all day (including breakfast all day). Plenty of parking. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room faced the freeway and there was some slight noise, but not horrible. Neighbors on the other hand were quite loud. Toilet flushed VERY loudly. Room was on the small side.
