On booking.com its advertised as having a fitness center, when I arrived the front desk advised there wasn't one and seemed like they didn't care that its advertised wrong.

This hotel would be adequate if you were using Park and Fly (Dulles) and only needed a quick stay.
Pros:

The location was as expected. There was no signage on the road for the hotel and if I had not had GPS, I would not have found the hotel.

Cons:

The facilities were sparse. The room contained a small refrigerator and the usual bathroom amenities. There was no coffee maker, no cups, and no microwave. The room had a musty odor that wasn't overwhelming but it was not pleasant. Once the AC unit had run for a few hours, the odor was less obvious. The breakfast was truly underwhelming. Coffee was not available in the lobby until the breakfast service began at 6am.

Very nice and convenient to a wedding we were attending! Would stay again!
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice! Kept extremely clean and replenished when needed! Besides bagels and muffins, might consider small Danish or pastries.

Cons:

We couldn't get our television to work. To tired to call front desk so just went to sleep. We also thought we did something wrong. Next morning called front desk, very helpful employee came and said power had gone out the night before. So she fixed it! Very nice and friendly!

Great place to stay before or after a trip out of Dulles
Pros:

Great place to stay, close to the airport, and well priced longer term parking. Great service at the front desk and airport shuttle. Nice breakfast included and easy to access from the highway.

Cons:

Nothing, it all was great.

Prima kamer en dicht bij het vliegveld. Ook het personeel was vriendelijk

Cons:

In de recensies werd gesproken over het beste continental breakfast maar het ontbijt was waardeloos. Enkel bagels met nauwelijks beleg en yoghurt uit een dispenser die er niet heel smakelijk uit zag.

Easy peasy stay
Pros:

Close to airport,friendly staff, clean

Cons:

Would have liked more protein, options without sugar and more fruit. There were only oranges that have seen better days. Also, noisy fan/ light in the bathroom, put 2switches so one could go to the bathroom at night without waking anyone else
