Clean room and quiet area.
Pros:

The room was clean and very quiet. Easy access to Windsor and surrounding.

Cons:

I called the front desk to get the correct address. This hotel is located on the border of Windsor and Fort Collins, so my google map was confused. The front desk personnel working on my checkin day was extremely rude. He acted as if I was disturbing him by asking a question. He kept on saying I sounded like a robot. In my opinion he needs a refresher course in customer service. The air unit in my room was extremely loud and was blasting cold air. The room has no control of the unit so I was freezing all night. The bath tub did not drain fast and backwashed a bunch of dirt and hair. The refrigerator smelled a bit funky as well.

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the place to other family travelers.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the little extras like the flavored water and newspapers in the lobby. Breakfast was great, too.

Cons:

I disliked the laundry room requiring an app to use the washer and coins for the dryer, especially since the app requires a $10 minimum payment. It would be nice if the dryer used the app too, so that I can use more of the $10 and don't have to fuss with getting coins as well, or coins for both for a better value. That said, this is a trivial problem and I appreciated the on-site laundry room, even if it was pricey.

The person who checked us in was the same to check us out. He was friendly & courteous.

Cons:

Not more about booking the rooms & prices. Do not like have to book online. And I booked another room during my stay, total of 3 rooms. When I called to book the room I was not aware I was booking through a 3rd party. I feel I was way over charged. Also I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE OF THE DEPOSITS BACK TO MY CARD ($100.00) IS STILL PENDING & I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. MAKES NO SENSE THAT IT HASN'T BEEN CREDITED BACK TO ME.

This is the third year we have stopped.. works for us.
Pros:

We were on a long road trip, this was about half way and was easy to get on and off the interstate. There was a restaurant within walking distance.. perfect.
