Un hôtel au charme discret et très bien placé
Pros:

Le charme discret d'un hôtel de style ancien mais au goût du jour. Un très bel ascenseur de bois et de verre des années 30
Buffet petit déjeuner très varié et de très bonne qualité
Le personnel accueillant

Cons:

Peu de rangement dans la chambre. Pression d'eau très faible, sans doute pour des raisons d'économie "écologique"

Pros:

The hotel is located in the old town and convenient to most sights in Lyon. The staff is friendly especially the breakfast staff.

Cons:

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The amenities were very poor. The room looked very cheap and material was of low quality. The shower is a disaster, barely any water coming out from it. Overall it felt like staying in a 2 star hotel.

Week-end détente à Lyon
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel !
L'hôtel est très joli tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
La chambre est propre.
Les personnels sont tous très serviables.

Cons:

Il manque une chaise dans la chambre pour déposer nos vêtements.
Mise à disposition de sachets de thé mais pas de tasse à thé, il n'y a que 2 petites tasses à café.
La télévision s'arrêtait régulièrement, problème de contact sur un fil.
Le SPA annoncé est restreint à un hammam seulement, accessible sur réservation.

• Réassort insuffisant au petit-déjeuner, personnel débordé
