Beautiful building, better for couples. Not enough staff

Great building and location

Cons:

Accessing the hotel is very difficult. You have to call ahead and get a code which they don’t want to release until the minute you are there. Then they have not enough people in staff to answer the phone to give the code. We waited 20 minutes and that was after having called an hour earlier exactly so we wouldn’t have this problem. If you have accessibility issues forget it ….

I would stay again.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean. Small, but very nice. Location was great. Close to shopping, cafes.

Cons:

Coffee was horrible. You HAVE to have good coffee in the morning, if not in the room... then somewhere in the hotel. Happy hour? Not sure about that.
