Four nights in the heart of Lyon
Pros:

Location is great. The deco is nice, with vintage style and charm. Our room was spacious, well appointed, a nice large bathroom, quiet.

Surpassed expectations!
Pros:

Gorgeous suite that was spacious and unique. Hotel location was central and easy to get to key neighborhoods walking. Breakfast was wonderful.

Çok çok iyi bir tatil geçirmiş oldum.
Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi her yere yürüyerek ulaşım mümkündü. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi.
Odaların konforu süperdi. Tamamıyla pencereli banyo inanılmazdı.

Lyon and the people (Staff) was excellent!!!
Pros:

The location was great!!! The staff was wonderful!
Emma The bartender was so wonderful and helpful with not just drinks but helpful with how to use the app for the Train. Mary was helpful with getting reservations at a restaurant. Samuel was helpful with location restaurant information just overall great.

Cons:

Nothing… it was wonderful!!!

Great staff and good location, but room 122 needs some improvements
Pros:

The staff was excellent throughout our stay—friendly, professional, and very helpful.
* Our room was beautiful and well-appointed.
* The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous, and the soaking tub was amazing. It ended up being one of our favorite features of the room.
* The hotel is in the perfect location, with easy walking access to restaurants and Lyon’s Old Town, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly. We had to keep the curtains closed during much of our stay because the room became so warm, which meant we weren’t able to fully enjoy the lovely view. The hotel provided us with a fan, which we appreciated, but the room was still uncomfortably hot.
* The bed was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
* Housekeeping could pay closer attention to cleaning underneath and behind furniture. I dropped something and looked under the couch to retrieve it, where I found a dog ball and two hand towels that did not belong to us. We do not have a dog, so it was clear these items had been left behind from a previous guest.

Loved Lyon & this hotel helped
Pros:

We spent four nights at the Carlton MGallery before beginning a River Cruise.
The weather was extremely hot for May,
I had to remove the doona from the bed & only use a sheet. Air con struggled at times, we also wondered like many hotels did they turn the air con down or off!
It’s in a fantastic spot. We had a view of the Basilica and overlooked the square.
The staff were very friendly and we didn’t have any problems
It was nice to enjoy happy hour in the beautiful bar/lounge.
We just loved the lift felt like we could have been in an Agatha Christie movie!
Didn’t have breakfast as we were out as early as we could because of the heat.
Definitely recommend

Quaint and cozy hotel in the heart of Lyon!

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of the city, but it’s quiet and feels quaint and cozy. The staff was wonderful and professional and the breakfast spread was amazing!
