Fantastic location in a classic hotel.
Pros:

A classic lux hotel in very nice condition. Rooms vary quite a bit in size and layout.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms and 2 stays. One room (402) on one stay had funky shower plumbing, including a temp control handle that could come off.

Otele adım attığınız anda tarihi dokusu, zarif dekorasyonu ve sıcak atmosferi sizi etkiliyor. Özellikle çalışanların güler yüzü, ilgisi ve profesyonelliği kendinizi gerçekten özel hissettiriyor. Odalar son derece konforlu, temiz ve detaylar büyük özenle düşünülmüş.

Konumu ise Lyon’u keşfetmek için mükemmel; şehrin ruhunu yürüyerek hissedebileceğiniz harika bir noktada. Sabah kahvaltısından akşam dönüşündeki huzurlu atmosfere kadar her an çok keyifliydi.

Pros:

The best location! Wonderful customer service , comfortable king size bed with a good beddings . The stuff all spoke English and they are very helpful .

Disappointed in the value for the premium paid
Pros:

The location was great and the breakfast was nice.

Cons:

We did not have any hot water in our room. The staff checked to confirm this was in fact the case of n our room. However, our friends staying in the other wing did have hot water. Sadly, we were not offered an alternate room and had to endure this uncomfortable situation for our stay.

Tolle Mitarbeiter Top Service und gute Lage
Pros:

Das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption, an der Bar, beim Frühstück oder auf dem Zimmer, durchweg super freundlich, immer da, Loesungen werden schnell gefunden. In diesem Hotel ist von Personalknappheit nichts zu spüren. Immer ist jemand da. Gaebe es 6 Sterne wuerde ich auch die geben. Das Hotel selber hat kleine Zimmer mit relativ großen Baedern. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Der wasserdruck in den zimmern koennte höher sein. Aber Lage und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter machen die kleinen Minuspunkte wett. Wir kommen wieder.

Would stay again
Pros:

Beautiful room, great location, big shower.
We kept the windows open and enjoyed the music from the Monday and Tuesday night Dance Club which took place right outside our room.
We loved it!!
