Below my expectations. Priced unreasonably. Not in line with leisure.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly

Cons:

I didn’t like having to make my own bed at a hotel. I didn’t like having to pull out the couch and doing my back in. I didn’t like finding dirty sheets in the pullout couch and finding dog hair and human hair throughout the room. Sorry to complain, the staff were lovely but the room was way beneath my expectations and definitely didn’t justify the price.

Good enough for a game weekend
Pros:

The staff was amazing and they had a great breakfast and dining area.

Cons:

Everything was basically clean in our room but we had fruit flies in the bathroom that found their way out to the room and the bathroom consistently smelled like cigarette smoke, I'm sure from another room. It was mildly annoying when we were there but more so when we got home and anything we had stored in the bathroom smelled like smoke. The beds aren't the greatest but my back is temperamental.

Lovely place
Pros:

Staff and location great, staff were helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were awesome, not every hotel has staff coming in every day to make the bed and tidy up, that was great!!

Cons:

The elevators are a little scary! Shaking, making noises, closing very slowly: just not a comfortable experience. Everything else was nice!

Pros:

The location had easy access from the freeway! The staff was friendly.

Cons:

We had asked for extra pillows, however they were never delivered. The smell of animals in the room. I would prefer that only certain rooms were allocated for stays with animals.

Overall a good stay and we will use your hotel again.
Pros:

Great staff. They dealt with an issue we had in a very quick and professional manner. The location worked great for our purposes and the breakfast was suitable.
My son and I also enjoyed the pool and gym.

Cons:

When we arrived our initial room smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. It was not pleasant. The lady at the desk quickly dealt with it and moved our room with no questions asked. Thank you.
