It was great!

Clean room. Nice breakfast. Only four mini pillows on a king-sized bed. Only one pouch of regular coffee. Through our first Expedia review we were told we would be taken care of. We weren’t.

Supposed to be a fun celebratory alumni weekend, that turned into a disaster. Never had to be relocated into another room in my life due to poor cleanliness of the room, as well as, broken pieces of dresser, the mildewy and moldy smell, along with second room smelling like cat pee. Found bug on bathroom floor in second room unsure if it was just a beetle or cockroach but this trip, needless to say, was very unsettling, uncomfortable, and the worst stay i've ever had. 100% do not recommend as there is some big adjustmants that the company needs to do for upgrades, staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Thankfully the one staff member had came up and taken pictures. However still highly do not recommend!

There were bed bugs. No other room available. Had to find an available hotel at 130am. The hotel was easy to work with and a full refund was issued immediately.

Room was clean,and comfortable, but there was No Hot Water--I took a shower in lukewarm water, even though it was turned up all the way. My room keys did not work--I had to keep going back to the counter to get them reset. I was told--keep them away from your phone (they were in my wallet)--the staff acted like I was bothering them. Breakfast was good, coffee was like drinking weak tea. Location is convenient to the highway, lots of restaurants nearby. Too bad I couldn't give it a better review.

Room was great, staff was great, having laundry onsite helped me out a lot.

1 night stay while traveling. Easy in and out. Clean and quiet.

Older hotel. The hotel met my needs for a couple day stay. Breakfast was great but Staff smoking by the front door was a turn off. Additional I felt like the cleaning staff that turned my room was in a hurry. There was no toilet paper and the shampoo was almost empty.

Our overall stay was good.

The room was all right. It seemed to be very dusty and my wife started sneezing a few minutes after we checked in. We could see dust in the morning all over the table and furniture before we checked out.

Great place

Check in was quick & easy. Found our room without issue. All areas are clearly marked. Pool & hot tub were in working order and clean. Everything in our room was in good repair and well stocked. Staff is friendly.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing! We will stay again if we are in the area.
