Everything was good

Location: conveniently located and common area and room looks nice
The room smelled like cat litter, specially the bathroom area
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean
We have visited this hotel before and it was clean and orderly but I was very disappointed this time, the hallway on our floor looked like it had not been cleaned for the past two days, our room was missing water cups, had a ice bucket but nothing to put the ice in?? I didn’t notice it until late in the night, the next morning we came into the breakfast area it looked like it was hit by a hurricane, the poor girl was there by herself and she told us that the weekend staff had left her nothing to cook and they had left everything dirty, she was doing her best to get it right we would have said something to the manager but there was none available I went on line to get someone to contact me but no one has contacted me yet, this is 24 hours ago so I will see if someone will call me today. I will give them another chance the next time we are coming through, Florence is a regular stop for us during our travels. I will have to say that when I checked in the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
We were close to all of the amenities in the area and easy access on and off the highway
We had to get this hotel since our reservations got canceled by another next door by error upon arrival our door to the room was open because in order to shut it it had to be slammed shut the shower door was not in the track like it should be the shower was not the greatest pressure and took a while to heat up. The bedsheets didn't fit the bed we were having to put them back on everything you got up they only service rooms now if you ask so even though we left the towels by the door and didn't put out the do not disturb sign they didn't enter the room to replenish anything so we had to go and ask for new towels. The gentleman at the front desk however was the greatest he was very pleasant and very helpful
