The only problem was one bad apple.
Pros:

I was so clean and all the staff was friendly except this one front desk clerk who was there on May 1st at 7pm. She was rude and snappy.

Pros:

I liked the location of the property

Cons:

I had issues with a double booking that I could get no help with. Along with that we lost power for almost 30 to 40 mins in, at night, in the cold and was told there would be no compensation.

Lit très confortable. Bien situé car tout près de la I-95.

Cons:

La piscine était fermée et ce n’est pas indiqué sur le site (ouverture en mai seulement). Personnel à l’accueil très décevant. Nous avions l’impression que l’on dérangeait. Propreté de la salle de bain très décevant. Le contour de la douche très sale et la douche également.

Would stay at a A Spark Hotel again
Pros:

First time stay at a Spark hotel and everything was good beds comfortable etc. We did however have a problem with the internet and although they attempted to fix it, it was quite busy so we did not get connected!
