Minha experiência de hospedagem foi, no geral, positiva.
A localização do hotel é excelente, facilitando o acesso a diversos pontos importantes da região. Os funcionários foram extremamente gentis, educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar, o que fez toda a diferença durante a estadia.
A acomodação tem um bom tamanho, confortável e adequada, e a limpeza estava impecável, com tudo bem organizado.
O café da manhã é bom, com grande variedade de produtos e de boa qualidade para atender bem os hóspedes.
Como pontos de melhoria, destaco o kit de higiene, que poderia ser mais completo e em maior quantidade.
Outro ponto que impactou a experiência foi que, no dia da minha hospedagem, havia apenas um elevador funcionando e o hotel estava com alta ocupação. Isso dificultou bastante a locomoção, gerando espera e desconforto.
No geral, foi uma boa estadia, e voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel quando voltar a essa cidade.

NOT a 4 star as advertised. Flies in the pool. Disgusting yellow stain on the back of the bedroom door. Door handle fell off. Brown toilet water. Dead fish floating in the pond outside the front of the hotel. Ants in bedroom. Cold jacuzzi.
