Sur le chemin de notre route

Cons:

Personnel pas très souriant.
On entend l’eau couler comme si on était dans la douche des voisins.
Petit déjeuner simple mais qui fait l affaire pour une étape d’une nuit

After a long day on the road, this was a great place to stay for the night.
Pros:

This hotel was a little off the highway, but worth the two miles. Affordable, great pool and hot tub, nice breakfast in the morning, and super friendly staff. The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave, and easy to use TV. We were very impressed!!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a freezer in the fridge, but that is pretty standard for a hotel. We had a great night and can't think of anything else needed!

Good pit stop near the highway.
Pros:

Location was good. Bed was comfortable and room was large.

Cons:

Missing some things like bar of soap and make up wipes that were at other similar hotels. Walls too thin and could hear neighbors TV after midnight. Did complain and staff took care of it. Breakfast needed better choices. Stayed at another, same chain, the night before that did a better job with toiletries and food for less money.

air conditioner and blinds in room worked well. Good supply of towels.

Cons:

breakfast was mediocre… coffee pots low every time I tried to get coffee. They had decent seating/tv in breakfast area. Room walls were paper thin. bathroom was not cleaned properly (tub) and toilet bowl. Room overall in need of some updating and heavy cleaning.

Friendly Staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

There is no room servicing while you stay there. Meaning that you have to ask for towels daily. They also ask you to put your trash in the hall due to not cleaning rooms during your stay, but there are no additional trash bags in the room to use after you fill the first ones. In our particular room there was clearing something split all over the carpet that was sticky, and you could feel your feet sticking to it as you walked.

Pros:

I thought the Hotel was nice, clean , and safe. I did use the pool and hot tub one night. They were both very nice. The breakfast was good lots of variety of food. Coffee was good as well

Cons:

I did not like that the night I was checking in i brought my Booking.com papers with me and they could not find my reservation for the weekend. I drove 4 plus hours to get there, was tired and hungry and just wanted to get into my room. I had to call Booking.com customer service and get it all straightened out. My reservation was listed with my first name as my last name. I am not sure who's end that was on but I am glad it got fixed relatively fast.

Would not stay here again
Pros:

The staff were friendly when we arrived. Could smell the chlorine odor from the pool in the lobby area when entering. Pool and hot tub area looked clean but was way too hot, humid and chlorine smelling to use. The room was a little dated and bedding a little worn. The breakfast was very limited and not very appetizing. We went to Bob Evans just down the street for breakfast. Overall this hotel needs to be updated. The location was great for our needs with restaurants near by. I would not stay here again.
