It was'nt clean

Le lenzuola erano di un cotone piuttosto scadente. Cuscini e materasso di scarsa qualita'. Io e mia moglie abbiamo purtroppo passato una notte quasi insonne. Non un gran ricordo per quasi $300/notte di soggiorno!

I request a partial refund for my booking at Costa Art on Friday, September 4. Returning to the room at approximately 11 PM after attending the Pageant of the Masters, we found that neither of our access cards worked, and we could not get into our room. There was no one on the property to assist. There were no employees around. I attempted to contact the emergency after hours number, and received voicemail after voicemail. It was answered once and I was put on hold indefinitely - all in all six calls to the emergency number over a period of 30 minutes while my wife was forced to sit in the hallway or look around to try and find a place for us to sleep, possibly near the pool, because her vehicle keys were locked in the room. This is completely unacceptable! In addition, we paid $512 for a room that should’ve cost $100. No toilet paper holder, no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom, the shower curtain drooped down into the tub instead of out to provide more room. There was no chair or place to sit in the room, other than the desk chair, even though there was an area obviously for furniture. The included “breakfast” was the sub-level offering one would expect at a budget motel. The elevator didn’t work when we checked in…I could go on, but the fear, embarrassment and inconvenience of being locked out of our room at midnight was a new low in lodging. This was no where near a $500 experience!
There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room, nor any other amenities!
Please make this right and adjust my bill. Thank you! (By the way, the desk employees were kind and courteous.)

Everything was fine

Not enough towels for a two day stay. No wash cloths, but I agree with that, as wash cloths are so personal and should be brought by guests. And, not enough parking spaces available when the motel is full of guests.

When it was time to go to sleep, I found not only sand, but dog hair and human hair in my bed. Disgusting!! Were the sheets not properly washed or changed before our check in? I definitely wouldn’t book at this hotel again

Elevator was not working day 2. From floor 2 and being older its a must to have the elevator working. The air conditioner was very noisy. The outdoor furniture by pool could have been updated.

They will scam you !! They were closed on open hours! We called the number they put on the wall for emergencies and they didn’t answer for 2 hours! We had to leave! AND THEY WONT REFUND ME! There was even a guest who was frustrated because her key didn’t work and she couldn’t get in her room , she was also there for 2 hours calling !

The whole place was run down. We had two sinks and both had awful water pressure. Neither could be used for shaving, and one could not even be used for brushing teeth. No one was ever at the front desk. The breakfast was not much. Coffee was usually out. The staff texted to ask how things were and never replied to texts or followed up in a reasonable time. Room cleaning was variable and we had to ask repeatedly to get the room cleaned. The things to check out were fine if you could find the staff and get them to come to the front desk, but instead of securing them to your room they made you leave your ID behind just to take the beach towels which I’ve never experienced before. The shower had a dual shower head but one side didn’t work and there was no door on the shower so water sprayed all over the bathroom. The hotel was called an “art hotel” and there wasn’t any special artwork or anything of visual interest in the rooms and the railings had fake plastic plants around them. The trash in the parking area was overflowing and covered with flies. If I had known from the description how shabby it was I wouldn’t have booked it for the price. The pool was way smaller than it looked in photos. We were pretty disappointed with the place which was quite expensive.
