Cleanliness and breakfast
Parking
The size of the room was great and it had all the emenities. Great Schampoo and Conditioner! I loved being able to park and go whenever I wanted instead of having to wait for Valet.
Not that I didn't "like" them, but a few things that could have made the stay even better: I was a little disappointed that the bathtub jets weren't set up to work and the warm water didn't last.
Friendly staff ! Clean and great access to beach
Everything the location and staff.
We loved everything.
Location and clean
Wish it had a jacuzzi but it was great
The location is perfect, the room was nice and quiet, the parking was good and the staff was friendly.
We were there for two days, and both days we were unable to get a pool/beach towel. Clearly if you are offering them in your advertisement, they need to be available. Please increase the inventory! Also, Saturday morning they ran out of coffee! They did make more eventually, but perhaps a bit more attention to keeping things stocked.
It was just a block away from a beautiful beach. They had a nice continental breakfast. They had free wine. They let you borrow stuff for the beach
The room smelled like mold and was stuffy. A lot of things were broken. The staff was never at the front desk. The room was nothing like the pictures advertising it
Pleasant staff
Bathroom needed an update. Was clean but needs a refresh.
Was a good location close to a little hideaway beach with cliff faces.
Muy acogedor. Muy limpio.
Nada que reseñar.
The rooms were nice and quiet and clean. The bath was wonderful. The staff, especially the evening staff was super friendly and helpful.
I didn't find anything that I didn't like.
We had a great stay. The staff was amazing. Irlanda was so nice and helpful. And Patrick. The beach across the street was our favorite. Small but uncrowded. We got a room with a balcony and it was very comfortable. Great value.
Nothing really. It was very nice relaxing for a budget friendly hotel.
Location
Drain in shower was plugged. It was disruptive to our stay when it had tk be cleaned out.
Breakfast was relatively ok, location is very good, free car parking, complementary water in the room and chocolates we liked.
Our room was not ready (double queen) on time (3.30 pm) so we waited patiently but when we finally went to leave our stuff there we were shocked - the condition of the room 112 is very far from the photos on Booking. It is very old, there were scratches on the furniture, the bedsheets were so old that we could not believe they had been washed after the previous guests. The shower did not work as it should, there was mold in the corners but the worst thing was the odor, the cleaning staff used so strong chemicals to obviously mask the smell from the pipes that we could not breath there normally.
The guy from the reception even chased us with questions about the room and if we liked it, then started apologizing, explaining the they had real issues with their cleaning stuff and saying there were no any other double queen rooms ready (cleaned) for guests...Well, we thought that was ok for just 1 night and did not insist on changing the room immediately. So we left our luggage and went for a walk hoping that when we return the situation would be better....Nope!
My eyes got irritated after 30 min. After 3 hours of constant coughing (we opened the door and the window to let the chemicals out) I simply got intoxicated and had difficulties breathing in the room or in front of the room with its door open. At this point my husband went to the reception to ask for another double queen room. What we heard from the reciptionist was an absolute mockery - he started shouting at me and asking why hadn't we told him earlier about the disgusting odor in the room and waited for hours to the extent that I was literally fainting...hello!....he definitely knew what room he gave us just decided to check what was going to happen and see if we were patient enough to spend the night there...never never never stay at this hotel! Believe me, its overall condition has nothing in common with the word "hotel", it is a motel, a very cheap and totally worn-out...though we paid 200+ usd/night.
