Can always count on a Marriott for a great stay on the road!
Pros:

The toilet was very low and small making it very hard to get off of it needed help so emotionally embarrassed 😳 made for younger people and not seniors 😢 with health issues and arthritis problems knees.

Needs a deeeeeep clean

The indoor pool was a nice perk for the kids.

Cons:

The floor in the room was dirty. The bedframe was dirty and dusty. There was huge dust bunnies along the bed. There was a bug crawling on the window sill. The bathroom was clean but the little door covering the water shut off fell out of the wall. There was crusty adult “stains” on the floor by the cough. The whole room needs a deep clean. The whole hotels room key system was down. The pool was a nice perk for my kids. Breakfast was decent, waffles freshly made, bacon and eggs. It did the job. We checked out a day early since it wasn’t as nice of a hotel as I assumed when I booked. I didn’t bring any of this us to the staff, they were super friendly. When the front desk person took us to our room at first she said “this is one of the nicest rooms we have” and boy that’s alarming.

Great place!
Pros:

This Spring Hill is great! Our room was immaculate and a nice size. I have severe food allergies and Marcia ( in the breakfast area) explained what was in all the choices for breakfast to make sure that I wouldn’t have any issues. She was also very friendly and welcoming.
This was our second time there and I would DEFINITELY stay there again if I was ANYWHERE in the area!!!

I liked the location and some of the staff

Cons:

I did not like the breakfast and the fact that they did not come pick up the trash or give me fresh towels or washcloths even after I asked for them. I had to go get them myself.

Won’t be staying here again

The hotel was run down, dirty & needed repairs.

Cons:

The bathroom was so dirty we had to lay towels down to walk. The tp dispenser was broken & kept coming away from the wall when being used. Room had a slight musty smell. Nasty room.
