The staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent customer service.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal. La comida pasable.

Cons:

Que el WIFI iba muy mal en la habitación 018. No tener agua embotellada en el Todo Incluido.Los grifos del baño ha sido mi pesadilla la salida del agua un sufrimiento. Me han dado las vacaciones , no pienso ir nuevamente a este Hotel.

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Youngsters running up and down corridors screaming and banging on doors being abusive when asked to stop. Staff did nothing for hours. I booked for 3 nights bed breakfast and evening meal and left after less than 24 hours. Hotel verbally apologised at time but have refused to refund my money. Felt very unsafe in the hotel

Comfortable, excellent value, have stayed before and the food was good! Will definitely stay again.

no me gustó las contradicciones del personal de atención al cliente
quise que le dieran una sorpresa a mi mujer por la noticia recibida de ser padres por primera vez en la primera noche del hotel
a manuel le encantó la noticia y quiso colaborar pero terminaba su turno para el siguiente dia por la mañana le dejo el cargo a la chica
que solo tenían que llamarme
para pasarme una sorpresa de enhorabuena con detalle de frutasss
y zumo con café
y me dijo que no
que ese trabajo no lo hacían
como comprenderán eso fue un disgusto
