They stay in hotels all over the world and this is by far one of the best with their staff and everything else and the management not afraid to talk to the customer which means a lot

Pros:

Lovely pool, nice foyer area and the room was nice and clean, very close to the train station. Laura at reception was very nice and welcoming upon arrival!

Cons:

There was a smell of sewage coming from our bathroom and our fridge was not working

Great location and fab hotel!
Pros:

Breakfast was brilliant, lots of selection, super fresh and the chefs were lovely.
The pool area was lovely, lots of beds and very clean. The pool itself is freezing cold!! So do prep yourself. You get people leaving towels on the beds for hours, could do with staff removing them after an hour or so.
The rooms are great and super spacious!

Cons:

Freezing cold pool!! Staff could be a little rude.

Costa Málaga Torremolinos.
Pros:

Definitely not worth 4 star rating. Room was shabby things broken and marked. Lifts are old and neglected with loose switches on the wall. I could hear the guests in the next room talking and coughing. miniscule balcony with a dirty table. Peeling paint on inside of door. Cracked tile on bathroom floor.Rooftop bar not open. Would not recommend for the price.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, friendly people.
Pros:

It was very close to the train station, it wasn’t a far walk to the beach. The hotel was near lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Pool was lovely!

Cons:

I would just suggest they put music on around the pool. They put some on later in the day and it was quiet, it didn’t reach our sunbeds. Another thing was that the first receptionist refused to let us shower once we checked out, even though our flight was late and we were around the pool all day. However, I asked another receptionist and she sorted this out for us, allowed us to shower before we left for our flight.
