Liked the pool and roof top bar.
Even when you went in early for food always cold.Reception staff no personality. Bedroom a bit tired.
Byli jsme zde ubytováni již podruhé a stále spokojenost. Vše poblíž pláž, promenáda, vlaková zastávka. Ohledně jídla se dalo vždy vybrat z chutných jídel.
Trochu měkčí postele, ale každý je zvyklí na něco jiného. Trochu počítat s tím, že při plné obsazenosti, si počkáte na výtah. My měli pokoj v 8.patře🙃.
Lokalizacja hotelu wspaniała. Samo centrum Torremolinos. 10 min. do plaży. Do dworca 200 m. Połączenie do Malagi, jak i do lotniska. Hotel i pokoje czyste. Często sprzątane. Personel hotelu bez zarzutów. Sniadania i kolacje dobre. Duży wybór jedzenia. Wspaniałe pieczywo. Dużo owoców i słodkości zarówno na śniadanie jak i na kolację.

Caro todo y servicio deficiente, estoy solicitando factura desde que hice la reserva, caro el parking con depósito de 40 euros, servicio a la habitación de 18 euros por una botella de agua, que no tienen ni en el minibar de la habitación, desayuno en mal estado , me sentó fatal, aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y pasé muchísimo calor, no vuelvo a repetir esta línea jamás. Relación calidad precio desproporcionada

The cold food selection, salad, cheeses, fuit, yogurts, breads and pastries were all fresh and nice. Some of the hot food was not so nice, sausages were mushy and boiled eggs very hard. We did not feel the food set up flowed very well and it felt a bit disjointed. However there was a good selection, well topped up and tables cleared and cleaned quickly.
Great location and easy walking distance to old town, shops, restaurants, bars, beach, marina. Very central to it all. The area felt safe.
We were allowed to use all of the hotels facilities before and after check in and check out times so no part of our stay was cut short.
The roof top bar was a lovely area to relax.
The pool area was always clean and the bar pool staff were friendly!
On the whole we liked everything about our stay.
