スタッフさんがとても親切でした。
言葉が通じなくても嫌な顔せず快く対応していただきました。

Cons:

エレベーターが狭くて遅いのが少しマイナス点。
あとはシャンプーと一緒にコンディショナーも置いてもらえたら嬉しかった。

Could have been cleaner, the staff was uncooperative when asked to do a late checkout. Also AC is weak.

Excellent staff and great location!
Pros:

We really loved the location and accessibility. It was so easy to get around from there. Staff was kind and helpful!

Cons:

The shower was a little awkward to get in and out of without spraying to much water on the floor.
