Brilliant Location, Brilliant Rooms, Brilliant Staff!
Pros:

The property was in a great location!! Close to both metro and Arc de Triomphe. The amenities were great, tea and coffee and filtered water always available! We were there over Easter and the hotel had an Easter egg hunt all weekend which was very cute! The room was amazing - there was 3 of us and we had plenty of space with a corner room and a great view of the Eiffel Tower!

Cons:

J'avais précisé une réservation pour une chambre au premier ou deuxième étage / message pris en compte mais à notre arrivée notre chambre était au 5ème étage. Ce n'est pas correct, un refus m'aurais permis de m'orienter vers un autre établissement. Faire donc attention aux demandes spécifiques.

Overall, an excellent and comfortable stay, slightly impacted by a disappointing check-in experience.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. All the facilities were available and of high quality. Overall, the stay was excellent – truly a 10/10 experience.

Cons:

The check-in experience was poor. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay twice even though the payment had already been processed, which caused unnecessary stress after a long journey with my family. Also, the rate was relatively high for one night.

Good stay, affordable rate!
Pros:

I often passed the hotel but I never booked it, I had a last minute cancellation and I immediately checked booking and saw this was available at a good rate. Booked for one night and it met expectations, great location, friendly staff. Bed was cosy breakfast options could be better.
