Excellent location, very quiet and comfortable, with extremely friendly staff and great cleanliness
Pros:

She was the receptionist with short hair, and she was extremely kind and welcoming with us throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our experience much more enjoyable.

Cons:

Everything was great, but having a refrigerator in the room would have been appreciated.

This hotel has wonderful staff, is clean, comfortable and close to a metro station.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable with excellent staff. Always cheerful and helpful to their customers. Location was great - 5 mins walk to Argentine metro. Lots of places to eat or buy delicious sandwiches etc. So great we changed our plans so we can stay again at the end of our holiday.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement tout le personnel de la réception et tout particulièrement Mr. Zouheir pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux.

Un hôtel à recommander sans aucune hésitation, où l’on a envie de revenir comme un client fidèle.

Merci encore Mr. Zouheir pour tout et surtout pour l’effort que vous avez fourni afin de nous trouver un taxi à la dernière minute, alors que nous étions sortis tard de l’hôtel pour rejoindre la Gare du Nord. Grâce à vous, nous avons pu rattraper notre train à la toute dernière minute.

Nous sommes bien arrivés à destination, avec tous mes plus chaleureux remerciements.

À très bientôt.

Perfect location, clean rooms, friendly stuff, but noisy
Pros:

Was a neat nice hotel in a good location next to Arc de Triumph and 30 min walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Good facilities, clean room, nice friendly staff. You can leave your luggage free of charge after checking out

Cons:

Quite noisy, you can hear people talking, kids crying , door shutting in rooms next to yours, bad sound isolation probably like in many hotels in old districts

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Chambre extrêmement propre, bien décorée et literie trés confortable . L'hotel est à 5 minutes à pied du métro Argentine et de l'arc de triomphe . Le petit déjeuner est trés varié, beaucoup de choix, avec des fruits frais .
Je recommande cet hôtel !

Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja, 4 minuty pieszo do metra linii 1. Odległość od Wieży Eiffla pieszo to spacerem 45 minut, do Łuku Triumfalnego 10 minut. Bardzo spokojna ulica. Pomocny i uśmiechnięty personel. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

Cons:

Nie chciałabym pisać tutaj nic złego o tym miejscu, bo jestem zdania, że na to nie zasługuje - ALE nie podawajcie na śniadanie jajecznicy z proszku :-)
