Le parquet grinçait énormément, la chambre près de l’escalier beaucoup trop bruyante. Absence d’insonorisation. Salle de bain vétuste.

Der Pool war sehr fein. Das Frühstück ausgiebig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer. Der PVC Boden. Das Badezimmer. Der Stromkreislauf hat nicht funktioniert. Heißt: hat man die Nachttischlampe eingeschaltet, ging auch die große Vorzimmer-Lampe an. Leider nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Beds were comfortable and excellent breakfast.
The use of towels for pool and beach were a lovely touch. Free trip to merano well worth it.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück gut, man kann auch draußen sitzen. Tolles Restsurant.
Der Garten mit kleinem Pool ist sehr schön.
Außerdem ist das Hotel hundefreundlich.
Gute Lage.

Cons:

Richtige Kritikpunkte gibt es kaum.
Das Platzabgebot im Garten/Pool ist begrenzt. Die anderen Gäste reservierten die Liegen bereits vor dem Frühstück und kamen bis Mittag gar nicht zu ihren Liegen. Hier müsste sich das Hotel eine Regelung überlegen.
Die Stellflächen im Zimmer sind sehr klein und zusätzlich durch große Tisch-Lampen blockiert. Im Bad ist beim Waschbecken oder woanders auch kaum Platz.

A fantastic hotel.
Pros:

We loved everything. We particularly liked the free access to bikes and the help we received choosing them. The man behind reception was extremely helpful too.

Cons:

I did not particularly like the restaurant meal. I found my pasta very salty.
