Pros:

Bel hôtel d'époque. Chambre confortable et petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le trajet en bateau jusqu'à Venise se fait très bien.
Alors que nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une situation délicate, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir à faire à un homme très serviable , très arrangeant à la réception, merci encore de tout cœur à lui !

Cons:

der Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Die Miet-Räder in sehr schlechtem Zustand.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, kompetent und ehrlich bemüht. Das Hauptgebäude des Hotels ist eine wunderschöne Jugendstilvilla, die perfekt das Flair des Lido di Venezia vermittelt.

Wonderful hotel, great location, super friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds and delicious food.
Pros:

Wow… this hotel just keeps getting better and better. We stayed here last year and returned this year for four night. Two adults and two children. We had room 401 and 402 on the ground floor opposite the pool. The rooms were beautifully decorated and wonderful comfy beds. Breakfast delicious, fresh fruit, eggs, bakery goods and I am gluten free and there was options for me. The pool is new and lovely although a little cold. We will return next year it’s a wonderful hotel.

Nothing, love this place.

Beautiful Location
Pros:

This hotel is located on the Lido island across the Venice Lagoon from Venice city center. At first I was unsure about staying on the Lido but it is a lovely place to stay...just a short vaporetto ride to the city center... it is beautiful and quiet and a lovely place to walk, jog or ride around. The beach is gorgeous.
As for the hotel, the main building of this hotel is very quaint and serene. It has a lovely courtyard, a nice sitting room, a restaurant and a breakfast nook. The morning breakfast is complimentary and has everything to offer you could want.
Our room was in the main building. The elevator is very small, barely holding two people. The porter will bring your bags to your room (they probably wouldn't fit in the elevator). Our room wasn't small or large. It was very comfortable with a view overlooking the rear gardens and the pool.
The hotel also offers complimentary bicycles which we rode all over the island...to the beach and to the "downtown" area where the shops and restaurants are located.
The boat dock for rides to the city is located in the downtown area in the center of the island. It is an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. We walked it every day, twice a day. It is a safe walk right along the water. There are benches to rest on and watch the sunset.

Vom Vaporetto steigen, in den Bus und vor dem Hotel, die Lagune "im Rücken" und die Hoteleinfahrt mit kleiner Allee.... perfekt. Das Ambiente ist sensationell: die verschiedenen Style, Zeitepochen: ganz mein Ding! Die Farben des Lichgt auf den Möbeln - glaube sehr viel Thonet-Stühle: perfekt. Ich kam extra 2,3 mal nur zum Lesen in die Vorzimmer - eines der Nebenhäuser hat noch extra Spiele-Zimmer (Schach, Backgammon)....... Der Ausleih der Fahrräder sehr unkompliziert, De Bar draussen und deren Beleuchtung: lässt auf "heisse Sommernächste" schliessen - doch ich komme immer im Herbst - und kann das gute Sommergefühl nur erahnen............ Dolce fare niente, gutes Essen und sich königlich fühlen: ist hier gegeben

Schade, dass wir in dem HInterhaus einloggiert wurden. Das war mir beim Buchen nicht bewusst. Ich hatte zwar Lagune-Sicht gebucht, doch nur wenn ich den Kopf um 9o Grad wende, ist diese einsehbar. und dieses Hintere Haus (Hinter dem Poo - Garten übrigen super klein doch sehr ok) war vom Komfort und dem Ambiente doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen - nicht der Style wie vorne...........denn es hat noch ein Nebenhaus (bei den Spielezimmer). Ich hätte viel lieber in einem dieser mein Zimmer gehabt...

Ideale Unterkunft für einen Besuch der Biennale Venedig.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehweg bis Zentrum und Verkehrsknotenpunkt (Vaporetto).
Genügend gebührenfreie, sichere Parkplätze. Zimmer mit schöner Terrasse.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang am Abend.
