Pros:

Super Lage, mit Metro schnell überall.
Personsl sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Willkommensapero und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten waren wirklich überaus grosszügig und nicht selbstverständlich.
Frühstück für Itallien super, grosse Auswahl.
Zimmer grosszügig und die Betten sehr, sehr gut.
Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Endroit idéal pour un séjour à l’arrivé à l’aéroport et ensuite repartir de Milan

Facilité à la réception, stationnement facile d’accès et sécuritaire.
Le personnel au comptoir, à l’arrivée et au départ était très attentionné

La facilité d’expliquer comment les zones ZTl fonctionnent et nous aider à utiliser le site internet de ZTL.

Pros:

Nice hotel, the staff are very kind and attentive, they upgraded our room free of charge when we arrived which was a lovely touch. The place was spotless. We also got a free drink voucher each on arrival! The hotel is close to the metro do very easy to get to the centre from here and the airport.

Cons:

The only issue was the room has a jacuzzi bath but no way to use the jacuzzi jets, we called reception and they actually sent someone up to look which was appreciated, but they realised then there were no controls for the jacuzzi jets. Just a small thing, but didn't really impact our stay. The surrounding area seemed a bit rough, but again didn't really impact much as we were mainly going into the city centre anyway.

Hôtel charmant avec un personnel et un petit déjeuner exceptionnels

L’attention (verre de bienvenue, mot d’accueil et chocolat sur le li) et le sourire du personnel notamment le dévouement de stefano pour que le buffet du petit déjeuner soit toujours bien garni et Jenny au Check out avec son cadeau de départ 🙏🏿🙏🏿Bravo et Grazzie mille

Un hotel de nota zece!
Personalul foarte amabil, Jenny is the best! Ea ne-a ajutat cu absolut orice am avut nevoie.
Micul dejun foarte bun si echilibrat.
Hotelul foarte curat, in camere ni s-a facut curatenie zilnic.
Amplasarea hotelului foarte aproape de metrou, astfel încât am ajuns rapid in orice punct al orașului.
La plecare am primit un cadou, gest care ne-a impresionat placut.
Daca vom reveni in Milano, vom alege același hotel.

Las camas y las instalaciones en general.
Además quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal. Tanto del chico que nos atendió por la noche y nos recomendó un restaurante como las dos chicas que estaban al hacer el check out y fueron amabilísimas.
Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Milán

Wir bedanken uns besonders bei Jenny und der jungen Dame aus Südamerika für ihre Hilfe und Kulanz.!! Ein Wechsel von der Vorderseite des Hauses auf die Rückseite des Hotels war möglich. Danke!!

Lage: günstig, weil Metro um die Ecke, Fahrt ohne Umsteigen ins Zentrum möglich (rote Linie M1)
