Pros:

Todo es excelencia y preocupacion por el pasajero...siempre tratan de dar lo mejor..todo el personal un 10 y las personas en la recepcion siempre listas para atenderte. Volveremos pronto ya q tenemos la familia en milan...gracias !!

Cons:

Een dakterras? Het is een gesloten bovenverdieping dus geen dakterras. Als je laat ontbijt, ligt er niks meer en het wordt niet aangevuld. Tijdens het uitchecken werd er door een oudere meer beweert dat we niet hadden betaald voor de extra nacht terwijl dit wel aantoonbaar was en betaald. De taxi stond buiten te wachten en het duurde heel lang voordat meneer erachter kwam dat het wel zo was. Geen excuses, niets. Het overige receptie personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

Pros:

A commencer par le parking. Le petit déjeuner ultra copieux. Francisco le barman qui nous aura reçu un soir avec énormément d’attention et de sympathie.

Rubens has excellent service and comfort for its price!
Pros:

I loved that upon check in we were offered not only a free room upgrade, but free drinks from their bar as well. Francisco behind the bar was amazing. The drinks he made were top notch and we loved his friendliness and service.

The Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The Power outlets weren’t by the beds. The bathroom door was a glass sliding door and it was awkward to open or close, got stuck multiple times and at night the light bothered the other person sleeping.

Exceptional stay – 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at C-Hotels Rubens. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the convenient location.

A special thank you to Francesco at the bar, who was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. His warm attitude and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was well maintained, and the breakfast was very good.

Overall, a fantastic experience. 10/10! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend C-Hotels Rubens to anyone visiting Milan.

Odlična izkušnja
Pros:

Odličen hotel, ki je presegel moja pričakovanja. Sobe so zelo lepe in čiste, prav tako na splošno cel hotel. Na hodniku vedno prijetno diši in nikoli ni glasno, kar je odlično za umirjen oddih. Osebje je neizmerno prijazno in ustrežljivo. Priporočam.
