Great!
Pros:

Great location walkable to champs elysee and arc de triomphe. Nice breakfast and bar area. Good breakfast with delicious gluten free banana bread

Cons:

Air con didn’t work on one night. No hot water one morning. Fridge didn’t work when air con was off. Mattresses too soft for me altho my husband didn’t mind.

I think l’ll come back again, if I’m coming back to Paris.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was very nice and welcoming. The cleanliness of the rooms. And I liked the laundry service.

Cons:

The bed mattress was lumpy, it wasn’t even. I didn’t like the lifts in the lobby, they were too small, it barely took two people. And I wished that there were someone to help take the bags to the rooms, we had to take them by ourselves at check-in and checkout.

Bien mais revoir l’organisation lors d’événements spéciaux comme le 13/14 Juillet

La chambre, la déco de l’hôtel

Cons:

Gros manque de communication par rapport aux services non disponibles le 13 Juillet, pour un prix équivalent à un autre jour qui comprend ces services (restauration, bar), personnel qui se « dispute » devant les clients pour savoir qui doit livrer le room service ou non et plus tard quand on commande nous même, 2h30 d’attente pour du champagne chaud sans bulles.
