Cons:

The lift can barely fit a person with their luggage . Also , we had a very horrible experience in our second day as the walls are extremely thin the neighboring room was extremely loud with music , shouting and yelling until 2 am. In fact , other rooms complained as well. We couldn’t sleep until 2.30 am which is really unacceptable.
The room were also cleaned only after 6 pm

The hotel made us feel home
Pros:

The receptionist were extremely nice and welcoming, they treated us with smile and made us feel in ease after our very bad experience at hotel Citadines Trocadéro. We love the lobby area, so refreshing and the right atmosphere to relax after a long day. The room is big, clean and very comfortable. All the staff are very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back
