Warm welcome and outstanding service. The staff remembers me and thoughtfully made arrangements to accommodate my sensitivity to noise, which I truly appreciated. The team is highly professional and extremely trustworthy. I was able to leave valuable belongings with complete peace of mind for several days.
The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées.
Special thanks to Adèle, Anysia, Tobiaze, and Fanny for their kindness, support, and exceptional assistance.

Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Paris. L’un de ses plus grands atouts est sans aucun doute son emplacement idéal : situé à proximité des principaux sites touristiques et très bien desservi par les transports, il permet de profiter pleinement de la ville sans perdre de temps dans les déplacements.
L’hôtel en lui-même est très agréable, avec un personnel accueillant et attentif, toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus appréciable.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement à toute personne souhaitant découvrir Paris dans les meilleures conditions !

Cons:

Mon séjour a malheureusement été entaché par plusieurs points négatifs. Tout d’abord, seul un ascenseur sur deux était en fonctionnement, ce qui a entraîné beaucoup d’attente, surtout aux heures de pointe. Cela a rendu les déplacements dans l’hôtel assez pénibles.
De plus, j’ai été surpris de trouver des encombrants laissés dans le couloir à mon étage. Cela donne une impression de négligence et nuit clairement à l’image de l’établissement, sans parler du manque de confort et de propreté que cela peut engendrer.
C’est dommage, car ces éléments sont facilement améliorables et pourraient vraiment faire la différence dans l’expérience globale des clients.
