Receptionin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällisiä.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Oli tuoreita hedelmiä ja jugurttia. Kahvia piti erikseen usein pyytää lisää. Henkilökunta oli kyllä ystävällistä ja valmisti kahvia lisää pyydettäessä. Alakerran kuntosali oli pieni mutta täytti vaatimuksemme. Hotellilla kestävän kehityksen sertifikaatti, joten moni asia hotellissa viittaa tähän; hillitty aamiainen, vettä ei lotrata, ilmastointi puuttui huoneestamme, mutta kylpyhuoneessa se oli.

Cons:

Croissantit olivat pettymys. Odotimme aamiaisella lämpimiä tuoreita Croissanteja, mutta tällä kertaa emme saaneet uunituoreita. Jäi arvoitus olivatko Croissantit valmispakkauksesta otettuja? Huone oli ok, pieni, ahdas, mutta muuten toimiva. Kylpyhuone oli ok, vettä tuli hitaalla paineella. Putkimies korjasi tilannetta ja vesi tuli sen jälkeen paremmin. Kokolattiamatot joka paikassa...luultavasti talvella kivemmat, näin keväällä ei. Ilmastointia ei huoneessa, joten pidimme ikkunaa auki usein. Hotelli vanha, joten hissit pienet ja ahtaat; max kaksi hoikkaa henkilöä. Kapeita käytäviä hotellikerroksissa.

המנקה גנבה לנו כסף מהחדר, הלכנו למשטרה כדי להגיד תלונה ושיהיה אפשר לפתוח מצלמות .
הצוות של המלון לא התייחסו לאירוע ברצינות, מאכזב מאוד .
מלון אמור להיות מקום בטוח ממליצה לא להשאיר דברים יקרי ערך בחדר ובטח שלא כסף… הגענו לחגוג יום הולדת ונהרסה החופשה.
