Night Before My Flight
Pros:

Great location close to PBI airport. Stayed one night and took an Uber to the airport. Very large room, very clean and comfy. Would definitely stay there again. Bonus ! Across the road is the Tanger Outlets and places to grab some food.

it was a place to stay.

Cons:

staff was generally unfriendly. room was old and obviously reconfigured for handicapped which we are not. shower water ran into the main room and flooded the floor. dangerous, unclean, and generally not good.

Pros:

Been using this same place for over 40 years. This is OUR hotel in WPB. No complaints whatsoever. Beds, staff, location, no complaints. Keep up the good work!

Rude receptionist spoilt a great stay as we checked out

Cons:

the receptionist as we checked out was rude and accused my son of throwing the key card at him. I can assure you he didn't!!! My son is polite and respectful !! I was there and saw my son hand the key card back he dud not throw it. it spoilt what had been a wonderful stay

Un cadre sympa pour une pause à Palm Beach
Pros:

Le cadre, le jardin avec la piscine, le petit déjeuner, l'amabilité du personnel. La chambre était OK pour nous 4 mais l'odeur à notre arrivée pas très agréable, nous avons du laisser la porte ouverte un moment avant d'aller nous coucher.

Cons:

Piscine non testée car nous sommes arrivés tardivement mais elle est bien entretenue

Snowed In!

My mother and I had initially booked a 3-night stay from NY to visit my daughter (who goes to college in the area). We got snowed in and couldn't go home. The staff (especially Ron!) went ABOVE and beyond to help us out as we waited day by day to see when we could go home. They even rearranged things so we could stay in our room. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was great, the breakfast was AMAZING, the staff was great, the location was convenient, the pool was warm, and the courtyard made us feel like we were in a tropical location! Most of all the staff were all so very kind and friendly. We are absolutely making this our go-to hotel in Florida!

I found a bug crawling on my night stand and didn't think much of it, until I went down for breakfast the next morning and the same bugs were everywhere on the breakfast counters. For $300 a night I was surprised how disgusting it was.
