Breakfast was great. The room
was very clean.

Cons:

The shower leaked from the was, so we had to take a bath instead. The bed wasn't as comfortable as the previous room we had a week before.

I loved this place it was absolutely divine. Like a little oasis in the city. If the opportunity presents I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very nice, I can't thank R enough for his help, and kindness shown. And then the other staff members were so nice. And in fact the manager has a bird that she feeds and its lets her hold it. And every time she came out that door it started chirping. It was incredible to watch. And when I spoke to her you could tell she is a kind person. 10 out of 10! And to add that its within walking distance of every thing you need food and shopping and if you need essentials Target is right next door. It was incredible.

Would Stay Again
Pros:

PRO: Located in West Palm Beach near lots of shopping and restaurants. The grounds are lovely- yellow umbrellas statues and wrought iron patio furniture around the pool give a 60's vibe. Large pool, lots of seating, good shade also. The rooms are clean, cool and comfortable. There bathroom is stocked and clean. There is a laundry room on site, affordable beverage and snack options at the front counter. The staff is very helpful with checkin and suggestions of nearby sites. Longterm parking is available for guests.

CON: using the airport shuttle isn't included with the room. There willbe nominal fee added to the bill. The welcoming gift for status members are 2 generic 16oz bottled waters. I feel there could be a bit more to show loyalty appreciation.

Vero good hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s central location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, making it very convenient to find anything we needed.

The hotel is beautiful and features a large heated pool, comfortable seating areas, and great spaces for children to enjoy. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The common areas were always clean and well maintained.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Cons:

The only disappointing part was the cleanliness of our room. When we moved the beds, there was a lot of dust and dirt underneath, which suggested that area hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The bathroom, however, was very clean, and the mini refrigerator worked well. The air conditioning also didn’t cool the room as much as we expected.

Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel. With a little more attention to room cleaning and improving the air conditioning, it would be excellent.

Great stay
Pros:

I traveled for a convention in the area, it was in close proximity to the venue and I really appreciated that. The room was in a quiet area and was comfortable. I also appreciated the amenities in the room like the refrigerator and microwave as I was traveling with my kids, those was a plus. The price I paid was well worth it.The property is also across from shopping areas and restaurants, I will stay again in the future. Thanks to the housekeeping team for taking care of our room.
