Great stay
Pros:

I traveled for a convention in the area, it was in close proximity to the venue and I really appreciated that. The room was in a quiet area and was comfortable. I also appreciated the amenities in the room like the refrigerator and microwave as I was traveling with my kids, those was a plus. The price I paid was well worth it.The property is also across from shopping areas and restaurants, I will stay again in the future. Thanks to the housekeeping team for taking care of our room.

Pros:

The location was perfect for our plans....everything we needed was within 1-mile. The room facing the pool was nice and clean, the girls who took care of our room did a great job - we appreciated it very much. A nice stay...we will consider staying here again in the future.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of that management could ponder....is the breakfast selection. Although very thankful for the hard work that goes into preparing every morning, could there be a different type of meat ( sausage links or bacon ). The rest of the menu is fine and appreciated.

Pros:

Everything was great except no king size bed. I beleive I paid extra for this.

Overall the stay was good and room was quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

Easy on and off highway location. Basically pretty quiet. Has a beautiful garden area with pool. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

The staff did not appear to be very friendly at check in, or when returning. The breakfast staff seemed to be more in the way than doing a service. No elevator. Only stairs.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The Best Western Palm Beach Lakes was a welcome surprise. Hotel was clean, had all the amenities you could want, rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the location can't be beat. Service was great and the price was very good. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in West Palm Beach.

Good enough to return
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the fridge not working and the shower head had a lot of build up on it, as it didn't appear cleaned like the rest of the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the floors were as well. Overall, I'd say my stay was an 8 out of 10. And I would still come back on my next visit. I didn't have their breakfast but my kids did and they enjoyed it.

The property was very well maintained it seems like they take great pride and taking care of the property so it was very clean. Enjoyed the view was wonderful of the pool. Everything was just great.
