The elevator is very small, just for 2 persons at the most. It has a very nice terrace to be at night but they only offer drinks, if they have something to eat also, it would be perfect.
The reception staff were wonderful.
The a/c could not be fixed for 3 days.
The lift could only accommodate 1 person at a time, so very claustrophobic.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that I would be moved to the hotel across the street due to an air-conditioning problem, even though no one had notified me in advance. I had originally booked a Deluxe Room.
Unfortunately, my experience at the Melea Hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a very unpleasant smell in the room, as well as on the bed covers and pillows. I was also given a very small standard room, despite having paid for a Deluxe Room.
When I raised the issue, the receptionist insisted that it was not a standard room. After I explained how extremely small it was, she offered to change it. However, it was already late, and I was leaving early the following morning, so I declined.
Nevertheless, I believe I should have been given the room category I originally booked and paid for from the beginning.

La colazione era davvero buona, con prodotti freschi. Anche la camera era confortevole e i prodotti da bagno di alta qualità.
L'unica cosa da migliorare è la climatizzazione della camera che non si riuscuva a gestire facilmente.
Ottima posizione, terrazza stupenda con vista su Roma e sul Colosseo
