Excellent place to stay when visiting Venice.
Pros:

Perfect location if getting the bus from the airport into Venice.
Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Aircon was excellent and needed as it was very hot during our stay.
Breakfast was at a sister hotel a few metres away but was very good and good value.

Cons:

The use of plastic spoons on the tea and coffee tray in the rooms.
The hotel looked a bit dirty from the outside (Walls could do with a clean), but once inside was spotless.

Pros:

Short walk from the bus station which is great coming from the airport. 10 minute or so walk from the train station.

Luggage storage so if you get there early you can drop your bags and explore

Cafe's and restaurants close by.

Enjoyable walk to the main attractions of Venice.

Room has a small fridge and a safety deposit box.

Cons:

Some might consider the room small but we didn't mind.

Pillows were not comfy.
