Очень приятный персонал,окна были расположены с видом на улицу,что приятно удивило,была дополнительная подушка,что очень хорошо,уборка была в номере каждый день,в гостинице тихо,нет шума,чистая постель( белоснежная),хорошие полотенца,тоже белые и чистые,довольно интересная мебель в стили антик.,близко до колизея и Римского форума,очень удобно добраться с вокзала до отеля

Плохо,что было только одно ведро для мусора,хотя лучше что бы было два,,не продумана душевая кабина,к примеру если человек старый или с ограниченными возможностями,то нужны поручни чего нет и это плохо,не удобно было с мылом,так как в других гостиницах уже давно перешли на жидкое,здесь в кусочке что тоже не удобно,был одноразовый пакетик с гелем для душа,что тоже как то напрягает,в номере только две розетки,что тоже не удобно,если номер на двоих два телефона и к примеру наушники и все разряжено то это не удобно,не продумано ещё и то,что к примеру человек принял душ и помыл голову,а полотенце только одно,то есть заметать голову нечем,расстроило также отсутствие разовых тапочек,если к примеру ночью встал в туалет,то необходимо одевать свои крассовки,что очень не удобно,не мешало бы продумать хозяевам и об элементарном чайнике,так как если ранний выезд из отеля и человек хочет выпить чашечку кофе,а его просто нет,так как нет чайника и чашек тоже,что очень неудобно,в отношении мини бара,это вообще треш,выходишь с номера забрал ключ и все бар не работает и все греется или пропадает,это очень неудобно,так как ситуации бывают разные,а так в принципе все хорошо

Muy buen hotel con buena ubicación

La ubicación es muy buena además de la habitación con bonita vista, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía

Cons:

El único detalle es el tema del aire acondicionado que debíamos de llamar para prender y apagarlo, que no era un malestar pero tal vez le pueda generar incomodidad a alguien más
