amamos tudo. o hotel é na frente do metrô e em cada esquina passa bonde, ônibus, etc, e numa avenida com muitas lojas e restaurantes no entorno. adorei o café, muito variado, só faltou variedade de frutas. quarto limpo e com camas cheirosas e confortaveis. apesar de ser antigo, possui elevador, cofre, wifi bom, enfim, tudo o que se espera de um hotel desse valor.

precisei que o hotel recesse uma encomenda para mim e foram muito atenciosos. os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. se esforçam para compreender e se comunicar conosco, mesmo sem falarmos o idioma

Cons:

quando fui, estava frio, mas de madrugada fazia calor. o ar condicionado era ligado pela recepção, a gente nao tem esse controle. nos dois primeiros dias ligaram sem problema, ja no terceiro dia disseram que nao podia mais ligar, ficamos chateados, pois de madrugada ficamos suados e tivemos que abrir a janela pra melhorar o calor.

outra coisa inconveniente é que o serviço de transfer indicado (terceirizado) pelo hotel cobrou 90 euros para ir do hotel até o aeroporto Linate, que fica a 15min de carro. um absurdo total e até uma desonestidade com os estrangeiros. chamei um taxi comum e custou 32.

Excellent location, lovely stay!
Pros:

Excellent location with metro stop just opposite front door. Helpful staff available 24/7 with good English knowledge. Well sized rooms. Very clean.

Cons:

Bathroom was quite small. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room. You can hear the noise coming from outside.

posizione top, comodissima. Metro ad un passo e centro raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata a piedi

De passage à Milan pour 1 nuit ça va
Pros:

Le personnel de l’accueil très agréable et la personne au petit déjeuner très serviable

Cons:

Chambre pas très bien insonorisée. Le claquement des portes des autres chambres.
Un jeune dans les couloirs très bizarre nous bloquait l’accès pour aller à notre chambre, pas très rassurant
