The extra bed for an additional guest has to be requested prior to arrival and be confirmed by the property. An extra bed is only available upon request and is subject to availability.

Top Lage, schöne Zimmer ! Super Frühstück

Cons:

Sauna mit wenig Ruhe Bereich. Es wurde leider badekleidung im Dampfbad und Sauna getragen

Perfekte Lage und hervorragendes Frühstück. Sichtlich bemüht, für die eklatanten Schwächen Ausgleich zu schaffen.

Cons:

Überbucht, die von uns gebuchten Zimmer standen nicht zur Verfügung. Warteschlangen vor dem Frühstücksraum, völlig überforderte Bedienung. Gym ist ein Witz für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes modernes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig auch mit einen Zustellbett. Das Frühstück ist top- große Auswahl und sehr lecker alles 😋Das gesamte Personal sehr nett und freundlich 😊 das Schwimmbad vollkommen ausreichend und kostenloses Wasser steht immer zur Verfügung 👍🏼 Die Lage ist unschlagbar... Innerhalb von 15 min ist man in der Innenstadt uns ca. 30 min am Hafen 😊

Cons:

Da das Hotel kein eigenes Parkhaus hat muss man das öffentliche am Gänsemarkt nehmen. ( Hohe Kosten 50€ pro Tag🤨)
Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Saunasituation. Eine Sauna benutzt man Textilfrei , leider halten sich die meisten Hotelgäste überhaupt nicht daran. Sie gehen so wie sie aus dem Pool kommen mit Badesachen und nass in die Sauna rein🫤 Vielleicht vor dem Saunabereich ein großes Schild anbringen " Ab hier Textilfrei" 🤷🏼

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber es kann einem durchaus passieren dass man beim Einchecken sehr lange warten muss, da es dem Hotel wichtiger ist zur Hauptanreisezeit Meetings abzuhalten und die Rezeption dadurch nur mit einer Person besetzt ist, ein No Go für 5 Sterne
