The extra bed for an additional guest has to be requested prior to arrival and be confirmed by the property. An extra bed is only available upon request and is subject to availability.

A maximum of 1 extra bed and 1 baby cot are allowed.

Amazing staff and location
Pros:

The position, the spa and the pool

Cons:

The king bed has separate beds which are made separately and then put together. It wasn’t really the most comfortable if you like to cuddle in bed

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Toplage und sehr freundlichem Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Lage ist top und die kleinen Details. Für Kinder gab es eine extra Zimmerkarte im Tiermotiv, welches selbst von einer Auswahl ausgewählt werden konnte und für Läufer stand morgens ein Tisch mit Karten, Handtüchern und Äpfel bereit. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Ambiente beim Frühstück war nicht wie erwartet; die Auswahl lädt zum Verweilen ein, jedoch war der Frühstücksraum Sonntags voll und man musste in die Bar ausweichen mit kleinen runden Tischen. Dies ist nicht einladend zum Verweilen.

Pros:

Nice boutique hotel in a convenient location not too far from the convention center and shopping/restaurants. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Note that it's not a true member of the Bonvoy family, so breakfast is not free for elite members.

Sehr gut, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück wunderbar.

Cons:

Ja das einzige ist, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Das Auto wird durch einen Parkservice gepackt, also sollte man nix im Auto vergessen. Aber trotzdem wurden die Dinge schnell aus dem Auto besorgt. Aber wenn einmal viele Gäste anreisen, kommt es halt zu Wartezeiten. War aber erträglich.

Lækker hotel - med skøn beliggenhed- Side - vi kommer igen
Pros:

Super lækkert hotel, med central beliggenhed, venlig og meget serviceminded personale. Lækkert ren og indbydende hotel - over alt. Stor og indbydende morgenbuffet inklusiv ekstra lækre retter fra menukort. Suværene Spa faciliteter - hotelværelset var absolut i topklasse med alle faciliteter.

Relaxing space in the city.
Pros:

Impeccably clean, calm and relaxing. The terrace is a bonus in the city. Staff are very professional and courteous. You feel very welcomed and taken care of during your stay.

Cons:

Limited room service after 10pm but the one item available was delicious and delivered with care.

Es war durchweg Sauber und komfortabel.
Sehr Gutes Personal alle freundlich und zuvorkommend besondere Grüße an den Pagen der wirklich mit seiner freundlichen Art rausgestochen ist!! Das Restaurant ist ein Traum genau wie die Bar.
