Great place to stay in Hamburg
Pros:

Lovely hotel not far from central Hamburg (Altstadt). The decor is very retro and makes you feel like you've stepped back into the 60s, but without feeling dated. Very comfortable rooms, and we will be back. The indoor pool and gym were lovely too.

Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially if you're visiting the Congress Center or exploring the city center. The location is excellent and makes everything easily accessible.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern and stylish design that gives it a real boutique feel. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One detail we especially appreciated was the incredibly soft and luxurious towels.
What truly made our stay stand out was the staff. Everyone at the reception, during breakfast, and from the housekeeping team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our visit.
The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. At €35 per person it is certainly expensive, but the selection and quality were excellent. We also appreciated the large in-room safe and the valet parking service. Having the hotel park the car in the public garage for the same daily rate (€40) was a convenient and thoughtful service.
There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately, especially during warmer weather. We also found the mattresses quite firm, and the pillows were unfortunately very uncomfortable. We noticed several other guests mentioning the same issue at the reception, so this seems to be a common concern. Finally, the room could benefit from having more electrical outlets for charging devices.
Overall, this is a fantastic design hotel with an excellent location, outstanding service, and a wonderful breakfast. With a few improvements to the room comfort, it would easily deserve a perfect rating.

Ok men ikke helt pengene værd

Venlig personale

Cons:

Morgenmaden var kedelig og ikke ret stort udvalg som vi er vant til på 5 stjerne hoteller.
Sauna virkede ikke da vi kom ned i pool og damp badet var under ombygning. Boblebad virkede heller ikke

Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich überragend, dass Service einfach wunderbar! Unfassbar saubere Zimmer, und das Frühstück im Restaurant war Spitzenklasse! Alles in allem ein top Hotel!

Cons:

Kann keiner was dafür, der komplette Sonntag ging nur ein Aufzug!

Wir hatten einen tollen und entspannten Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Tolles, modernes Haus in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Super Service, unglaublich gutes Frühstück, das Personal ist immer superfreundlich.

Cons:

Die Sitzgelegenheiten in der Bar sind etwas unbequem.

Excelente (no verão, não tanto)
Pros:

Camas confortáveis, bom chuveiro, belíssimo, ótimo bar. Gostamos muito do roupão e pantufa que estavam disponíveis. Área de piscina e sauna organizada e limpa. Ótimo isolamento acústico.

Cons:

Não tem ar condicionado, usam um sistema de refrigeração insuficiente. Tivemos que dormir de janela aberta pois estava insuportável dentro do quarto.
