Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt in einem ausßergewöhnlichen Hotel
Pros:

Beeindruckendes Hotel. Komfortable Ausstattung im Zimmer. Welcome Drink inklusive, es gab sogar höherwertige Cocktails / Longdrinks zur Auswahl. Toll. Wellness Bereich: Pool groß genug, um sogar ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so wurde ich bei ausgefallenem Fahrstuhl persönlich vom oberen Stockwerk in den Wellness Bereich geführt. Klasse Service!

Cons:

Ich hätte mir zwischen Bad / Toilette und dem Wohnraum die Möglichkeit eines Sichtschutzes gewünscht. Beim Duschen war der Einblick vom Wohnraum unvermeidlich.

Richtig tolles Design Hotel und das mitten im Herzen von Hamburg
Pros:

Sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Front Office sowie Housekeeping Personal. Sehr komfortables Bett sowie Kissen. Zimmer hatte eine tolle Lage sowie eine einwandfreie Ausstattung. Das Hotel liegt unfassbar zentral, sodass der Jungfernstieg lediglich 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Toller Spa Bereich. Kurz und knapp zusammengefasst - jederzeit gerne wieder und bis bald.

Cons:

Nichts zu beanstanden.

Very nice hotel in a great location

Bis auf wirklich kleine Macken ist das Hotel optimal. Wir werden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Größe des Zimmers, Frühstück mehr als sehr gut, Lage für Besuch der Innenstadt ist optimal.

Cons:

Ausstattung der Nasszelle mit Badewanne ist nicht optimal, für Barrierefreiheit, was heute Standard sein sollte ist eine bodenebene Dusche besser. Manager hat erklärt, dass dies möglich ist. Das Fehlen von Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Garderobe u. ähnl. ist scheinbar ein Problem für alle Hotels dieser Kategorie. Sie sollten mal die Designer / Innenarchitekten zwingen mit voller Garderobe mehrere Tage in den Zimmern zu wohnen.

Pros:

The hotel is nicely located. Close to public transport so it's easy to get around Hamburg in Bus or Metro.
The pool is nice.

Cons:

The price of the parking went up between the time we booked our reservation and the time we arrived (+10€ per night). It would have been nice to have the same price we had initially seen when we booked.
