The extra bed for an additional guest has to be requested prior to arrival and be confirmed by the property. An extra bed is only available upon request and is subject to availability.

A maximum of 1 extra bed and 1 baby cot are allowed.

Guests traveling with children are kindly asked to inform the property in advance of their age.

Please be aware that we have adults only slots in our Pool and SPA area. These slots are from 11am to 2pm and from 8pm to 11pm.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein schönes Haus.Besonders aufmerksam waren die Mitarbeiter.Toller Pool ,schöner Spa,tolles Frühstück es fehlt an nichts.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir durch die Kühldecke zwar ein kühles Zimmer aber es fand kein Luftaustausch statt und wir hatten extrem feuchte Bettwäsche und Teppich,wie auch die Handtücher.Ich hatte um Preisnachlass gebeten,aber leider keine Rückmeldung von der Reservierung erhalten

Pros:

Das Hotel ist einfach super gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man schon an der Alster. Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber fein und man kann sich alles erdenkliche noch bestellen was die Auswahl zusätzlich erhöht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte besser Klimatisiert sein können. Bei 32 Grad Höchsttemperatur schafft das Wärmetauschsystem maximal 22 Grad.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war super,super Mitarbeiter,super Service!!:)

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist,dass man aus dem Wohnzimmer in die Dusche/ ins Bad schauen kann,weil es ein großes Fenster zwischen Wohn- und Badbereich gibt. Ein dunkler Vorhang wäre top:)

Hotel estupendo, limpio, con buen diseño. Personal encantador y muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

Desayuno excelente, puedes solicitar platos específicos al chef. Ambiente tranquilo, limpio, personal atento y muy amable. ¡Mi momento preferido del día!

Cons:

No me gustó la decoración del Hall del hotel... hay cadáveres de vacas en una vitrina, colgados... imagino para ambientar el restaurante especializado en carnes, pero no fue de mi gusto.
