Lo de siempre, soy cliente antiguo, siempre fiel porque es un muy buen lugar, la ubicación, las instalaciones, la atención. Muy buen hotel.

Cons:

Esta vez no me gustó, que no pude ocupar la pileta temperada porque estan con problema de calddera.
Lo conversé con con la Srta Lucía Sanabria de Guest Service, quién me dió de un modo muy claro y atendible las causas del problema y la dificultad de la reparación y aunque no era lo que esperaba de mi estacia en ese sentido, la amabilidad de Lucía me conformó mucho.( excelente profesional)
