The location was exceptional. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
There could have been more storage space for luggage and personal articles in the room, and at night we could hear a rock and roll band that played a half a block away on the corner next to the historic cemetery.

La ubicación.
Mi experiencia en este hotel no ha estado alineada con los estándares esperados de un establecimiento de 5 estrellas.
El aspecto más crítico es el ruido durante los fines de semana. La proximidad a zonas de ocio nocturno genera un nivel de sonido que dificulta seriamente el descanso, llegando a ser equiparable al de un evento musical. Considero que el hotel debería informar previamente a los clientes de esta situación y, en la medida de lo posible, reforzar las medidas de insonorización.
En relación con las instalaciones, las habitaciones cumplen con lo básico, pero los baños presentan un estado claramente anticuado y requieren una actualización. Asimismo, se percibe falta de mantenimiento en determinadas áreas comunes.
El servicio de desayuno es adecuado; sin embargo, la zona donde se ofrece presenta problemas de humedad, lo que obliga al cliente a comprobar el estado de los asientos. Este tipo de detalles debería estar supervisado de forma proactiva por el personal.
En cuanto al servicio, la atención resulta inconsistente: si bien algunos empleados son correctos y amables, otros no alcanzan el nivel de profesionalidad esperado.
Si bien el precio puede considerarse competitivo en comparación con otros hoteles de similar categoría, ello no compensa las carencias mencionadas.
He sido cliente habitual por motivos profesionales, pero tras esta experiencia no considero este establecimiento como una opción para futuras estancias.
La ubicación
El grave problema de este hotel es entre otras cosas es que los fines de semana no puedes dormir por las discotecas / boliches desde las 12de la noche hasta las 6 de la mañana el ruido no te deja dormir, avísanos en recepción a la llegada ya que había estado una semana antes , nos aseguraron que en esa habitación no se sentía el ruido ( recepción Srta Claudia) , esta persona necesita conocer bien su trabajo. El grave deterioro que ha tenido este hotel, es patente, sobre todo en el personal en general. Llevamos muchos años alojándonos con ustedes y nunca había sido una estancia tan triste.

El valor original era de 439, pero al pasarlo a pesos y nuevamente convertido a USD dio 490.

Si cotizan en dólares deberían cobrar en dólares directamente y no usar esos mecanismos para acabar cobrando más del 10% más.

We arrived very late in the night 12 p.m and the man at the concierge was very kind.
the hotel is non big ma very attractive outside ,the hall is small but the day after we discovered a marvellous wide breakfast hall. i use to select this tipe of hotel and
breakfast was very well assorted and complete,weiters very polite. I don't apprcciate very much huge hotel ,so I found this one very smart and confortble with a right price in relation at the offer. Room not very large ,but bathroom nice with a large shower area.A defect:soundproofing of the room ,improvable(or i was very unlucky with the

I stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute at this lovely hotel in the heart of the bustling Recoleta neighborhood. This is a vibrant area with many restaurants and shoppes, including an indoor mall across the street. You can walk to many tourist spots, including Evita’s final resting place. The hotel is fresh and quiet. The breakfast buffet is great. And every employee was pleasant and helpful.
