Nice place to stay
Pros:

Great location if you are relying on public transportation!
Nice rooms, friendly staff.

A lot, the bathrooms are extremely small , the clog cap for the sink is stuck so barely any water goes through. The bathroom is very small the room is very small and it is nothing like the pictures. The chair when you move it the floor it has dust. I checked my feet it turned black from the dirtiness in the floor. The iron wouldn’t iron any clothes. The toilet is very small and placed in awkward location and overall everything was dirty. The tissue box had 3 tissues in it when we came in. The tables had dust and residue. The chair hair a white stain on the velvet cushion so it was kinda disgusting. Overall felt unsafe and it smelled like onions and B.O in the lobby. There was no gym or vending machine.

Cons:

We arrived at around 10:00 PM there was no one at the front desk because the clerk was Valet/front desk/maintenance and housekeeping. The first room he gave us had been slept already and was not cleaned. I went back to the desk to complain, so we got a new room. Arrived at the new room laid down for a brief moment. I got up to use the bathroom and discovered 3 roaches running on the sink, then a giant roach sprinted across the floor. I gathered my belongings and left immediately booked the reservation through Booking.com. I have not received my refund yet and my credit card has been charged. I would not recommend theis Hotel.

Good Place
Pros:

I was going through a tough time in life and I needed a place to stay until my rental contract was accepted and I have to say I picked the perfect place. The building was good condition. Mellissa the desk manager was absolutely amazing. I will return to say hello. The staff treat you very well

Other than the above, all was well.
Cons:

The bathroom needs handicap bars. Also, soap dishes in the shower and the bathroom sink. Also real soap bars instead of discs the size of a half dollar.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was nice.
Pros:

In the Andrew hotel there was great rooming with some complimentary items. There was also a decent breakfast. The hotel was great overall.

Cons:

The hotel could use more seats at breakfast since there weren’t many.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

I WOULD NOT STAY HERE! The rooms are out dated, the heat was not working in the first room, the beds make noise, walls are paper thin I heard people sneezing from their rooms, the handles to the shower screwed off, towels/washcloths were dirty, curtains are dirty, the water backs up in the tub when you're showering. The bed sheets are dirty WHICH MAKES ME THINK THE MATTRESS IS DIRTY ALSO. I'm convinced they have bed bugs or some type of infestation or maybe just certain rooms. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT THIS IS MY HONEST REVIEW AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

The room, was good but the communication was really bad! It wasn’t good the way to manage the parking they just told me

Cons:

Two thighs were bad:

* 1 Not parking, just tell me that parking lot was full and nobody told me that the park in front of the building is not allowed to park in there, was a guy over there who told that I am not permitted to park, that guy, external to the hotel told me if I will park without being a resident I will get a fine.

* 2 The breakfast was cancelled and I was informed when I was trying to get the breakfast, that situation changed totally my plans for the day because I had to go out to find a place to breakfast and I had activities with paid tickets and very short time to breakfast, and the main issue was the breakfast for my children.

Loved every bit!
Pros:

The town of Great Neck is my frequent destination for my local stay. I'm in medical and I don't always have the strength to travel home. Therefore, I stay in the area. I decided to try the andrew and I was pleasantly surprised. The basic look is clean and it works. And the staff actually care here!

Location..Location..Location!
Pros:

I can not think of another hotel that is located near such a convenient hub. The long island rail road is directly across the street from the hotel. There's isn't much better than that that you can get. The hotel is good. But my commute is simple and that is a huge perk!
