Do not waste your money
Pros:

The hotel has a whole lot of flaws. While others complained about the cleaning, I didn’t have as much of an issue there (although there were a lot of things in disrepair). The big issues were that when I arrived there was absolutely no parking at the hotel with no warning. I drove in from out of town and was told I could try to find street parking. Most of the parking there is by resident permit only if for longer than an hour or two so this was a huge problem. Second, the room I was out in was right above a party venue (that they also don’t advertise). They hosted some kind of party that went to almost 1100p on weeknight and my room literally vibrated non-stopped. It sounded like I was in the party and despite booking the room to sleep while taking care of a family member at a nearby hospital there was no way to sleep at all. I asked to move and the staff told me no because the party was not scheduled to go too late.

Cons:

Very limited parking and you have to pay to park and the valet gave us a spot and then took it away even though we told him we were leaving and returning in a few.

Worse than I expected
Pros:

What kind of 3 star hotel doesn’t have an extra bath towel or access to one when you need it, barely provides a “breakfast included” and allows their maintenance crew (or other individual) to do any form of construction work between 2-4am in a “reportedly” full hotel? Answer- A poorly managed hotel masquerading as a chic 3 star facility. Valet parking was non-existent but in fairness, street parking was easier. I feel bad for the ill-informed or care-less front desk receptionist not knowing how far off they are from chic or class.
I booked this room purely because I was working nearby for a music event. The proximity of the hotel to the park is prime location for any production needing an easy commute to a job site and a neighborhood that had some great local restaurants but I’d never recommend this hotel based on the front desk attitude and the loud and disruptive construction happening at 3am.
$320 is incredibly overpriced and should incur a major discount for the insane behavior in the middle of the night.

The Andrew Hotel a great place to rest after your day out
Pros:

The staff and location were great. The decor needs an upgrade, as do the beds and mattresses (old-fashioned springs). Pops of color would go far. The Andrew experience: in my opinion, I chose here because the Hilton was booked. Your price point should remain the same every day, and there are no amenities except for the cafeteria-like break room to use the microwave or the free coffee and tea. There was nothing to do after hours except a bar and an overpriced restaurant; no bang for the buck.

Just ok
Pros:

Convenient location with great neighborhood for morning walks . Run down hotel. Appears no one there really takes pride in their property sadly. Could be a gem if that was remedied!

Dirty Room and issues with AC
Pros:

Arrived late, and the room had water dripping from the AC unit and was all over the floor, next to the bed. Could not get another room. Reservation was for 4 adults, but only had 2 bath towels. I had to ask for more towels each day. Floor of room was dirty (socks were nasty each day). Missing light bulb and cover in bathroom light fixture, seems dangerous. Very underwhelming breakfast offerings. Staff was friendly though!

Terrible stay. Would not do it Again.
Pros:

The staff was not friendly or accommodating. The service was subpar!
There were towels in the room that had spots on them.
I checked out early on Sunday, and the person at the front desk did not give me a receipt. I had to find another hotel.
The pictures on the website are very deceptive.

Don"t go to this hotel.
Pros:

No hot water in our shower Saturday.
We asked three times for defective light in bathroom to be repaired.
No coffee available at Breakfast one day.
Awful housekeeping----hairs on the wall of shower when we arrived.
2 bath towels and one hand towel for 2 people in a suite.? Like a third world country.
Worst hotel experience i have had in over 25 years. truly bad hotel.

Don’t waste your money.
Pros:

The Standard room was awful. Where to begin? shower head is cracked broken and can’t get water to go from tub to shower, The floor felt like it hasn’t been mopped in ages (and socks turned black after 10 min of walking), the AC vents had to be taped up (it was broken) in order to cool the room (otherwise the air is trapped between bed and AC unit), beds were lumpy and I’ve been itching all night, bathroom floor grout is caked in dirt.
