Port Washington was a great place to visit. People were very friendly and polite.
Pros:

Customer service was exceptional!! Terry was amazing. He gave us pointers on where to go, excellent directions, places to see and places to eat!! He deserves a bonus!! Super guy to have around!

Pool area was a little rough. Bathroom in pool area was dirty. Hot tub was not very hot, and had paint chipping. Pool was very cold.

Pros:

Our room was nice, but the floors were dirty everywhere - there were lots of visible shoe tracks. On this trip I was experimenting with mirroring and/or casting from my phone to each hotel's TV; at this location I couldn't make either one work. Oh well. In summary, not the best HIE we've ever stayed at, but a long, long way from the worst.

Overall a good stay. would stay again
Pros:

room clean & comfortable, pool & hot tub clean. Breakfast- Coffee machine didn't work 1 of 2. French toast inedible. 2nd morning we went out to a local restaurant.

Cons:

Breakfast was unsatisfactory, Bright lights shining thru room window. 323 Privacy shade did a fair job of limiting outside light source .

Location is very convenient and room is comfortable. Wish breakfast offerings were better. Will ask for room facing aw

Clean, friendly staff, large room, bed fairly comfortable thought somewhat firm.

Cons:

Breakfast food was mediocre = barely any fruit, quality of food offered was unimpressive. Parking lot lights were harsh through our window, which faced the street. Noisy Harley riders in parking lot at 2am outside our window - talking and revving their motors. Obnoxious.
