Pros:

Kerry at the front desk was outstanding and helpful. King bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Cons:

Price - awfully high for the location. The gaggle of construction workers hanging out drinking beer and littering by the side entrance were a turnoff. The pool room was sauna-like - not comfortable for swimming. The coffee was mediocre. Breakfast was OK.

close to milwaukee, beds were comfortable

I know they cant help the location, but the traffic noise from the interstate was loud enough to keep me up most of the night.

Decent room and bed, nothing out of the ordinary but just over priced.
Pros:

Motel was a very basic motel, reasonably clean but could have used a little facelift in places.

Cons:

Way over priced for a Holiday Inn Express in my experience. I realize motel prices in Port Washington are higher than some places but this one is way over priced.

Port Washington was a great place to visit. People were very friendly and polite.
Pros:

Customer service was exceptional!! Terry was amazing. He gave us pointers on where to go, excellent directions, places to see and places to eat!! He deserves a bonus!! Super guy to have around!
