The floor I was on smelled like something had died. The shower doors wouldn't close and water got everywhere. Limited and overpriced restaurant menu. No free filtered water available. I left early.

Taxing!
Cons:

The staff "Did Not" provide the feather-free room requested and that they agreed to when the room was booked. And, the check-in desk employee did not completely rectify the situation. Thus, I was provided a single, rock hard pillow which resulted in not being able to sleep past 3AM along with a stiff neck to boot. I am done with Hilton and the supposed "Hilton Honors" program - a trust farce. Mattiott Bonvoy, your it!!!

Quiet rooms
Pros:

The room was exceptionally quiet - I am used to hearing people in the halls or next door rooms, but I did not hear anyone.

Cons:

There was a musty smell in the halls and room - once I acclimated to it, I didn't notice it but it was very noticeable at first.
