Fabulous. I was very, very comfortable.
Pros:

I had a lovely time in this hotel. The staff are lovely, supportive and so helpful. The room was very clean. There's a bath and shower.
The lounge is so relaxing and there's a grand piano.
The breakfast is a large buffet of continental things. Gluten free and dairy free provided for. The various fruits are ripe and in abundance. There is no fried breakfast but eggs and bacon. I had eggs. It was perfect for me. The buffet was well stocked and looked lovely.
Enjoy.

Cons:

The location was difficult without a car. I don't drive. I wanted to spend a day in Perugia but trains are apparently difficult.
