I did not like not being able to lay on the bed and watch TV I did not like the pool area not having any lounge chairs to lay in the sun on the amount of homeless people around there was a little unsettling

Horrible service and too strict for being such a filthy motel.
Pros:

They put me in a room with blood and boogers on the walls and black mold in the bathroom and I got profiled and treated different this time because I'm on the homeless program. One worker told me it was OK to have her brother visit my room then the manager calls and says it's a problem and I cant have visitors. They gave me 1 bed for me, my husband, my 9 yr old daughter and my 1 yr old baby. They did things like hide the flavor creamer till we left, they never once sent housekeeping. The flor felt like it was going to collapse and after only havin 2 visitors they said I had 4 and started sending my rides to welfare and house search away without telling me they were doing that. They said it was for safety reasons (as if I'm going to have a bunch of homeless people in their motel) and refused the extention of my stay. They refused to do anything about the black mold when my mom complained and the room was very dirty.

Cons:

The visitor policy because being on the homeless program u need transportation and your rides have to come get you. My rides (my brother and sister) got sent away when they came. I have a baby and need help to carry everything to the car. It's a catch 22. Not fair at all

Pros:

Size of the suite

Cons:

Only waffles and toast for breakfast, homeless off the street eating freely, cutting in line. Hot tub broken. Elevator has duct tape over some buttons. Don't mind if someone is hungry of course.

It was ok, I would look to stay elsewhere in the future.
Pros:

The staff worked hard to ensure a nice stay and beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was very minimal, not much offered including no sugar for coffee.
Rooms are not kept up well with screw holes in the walls not repaired, paint drops in the bathroom, and sinks that don't drain. I was told there were many homeless people in the area.

The location was good for us. This place allows dogs which we needed.

The building is old and had an odor like it was old. The pull out couch was not comfortable at all to sleep on.

Cons:

This place was not it. Room smelled so bad like stale cigarettes. The TV was broken and not fixed after I told them and they said they would. The continental breakfast was literally the saddest I’ve ever seen so went to IHOP down the street every morning instead. Overall just an old stanky hotel.

Disrespectful disobedient rude non caring and unperfessional staff at front desk ...

I liked how big the rooms were becuze they were roomy i liked the sensory and the owner was a wonderful person..

Cons:

The environment upon arrival was edgy the front desk pressumed to be very rude and think it was okay to call a minor child on my room phone yelling at her concerning some accusations that wasn't true then came beaten on our door to yell at the adult pressent and acted out absord..a perfessionsl place would of accommodated ur needs and had full respect for you threw ur hole stay... a perfessional place would of found out what was really going on before completely acting outta line and calling guest liars.. and a perfessional place would of took care of the issue in the corner of the customer, and the customers rights..and nothen was done but us being harassed our first stay of the night ....
